I dont know if you all know this yet but I only found it out yesterday and it seems like a really useful thing to know.

If you want a quick way of knowing what people are bidding on certain keywords go to the google KW tool and search the phrase.

find the phrases you want and highlight the entire row, or just drag your mouse over several rows, then paste it into notepad or wordpad.

For some reason when you paste it, it also shows what the first place price is for that KW.

Hope this helps :D

hmm i could not see any difference for stats i got if you put show colum , ad position and estimated bid or so

Cool...but isn't this info just the estimated Avg. CPC for the keyword? I just compared the figures I got using your method to the estimated Avg. CPC and they were identical. Thanks.

Yeah it is, you can just click show avg. cpc in the drop down menu and save yourself a little time copying and pasting into notepad.

Ah ok....I had thought it was going to show what people actually paying for the keywords. :)

You all should know that CPC and EPC (earnings per click) ARE NOT the same thing. You should expect to receive anywhere from 10-35% of the CPC. Also, if avertising competition is high, those figures are a bit more "reliable". You should check out keyword country dot com for an even better estimate. They will calculate an EPC for specific keywords. In some cases (esp. with high competition) a keyword's EPC will be HIGHER than its CPC. ....

not sure what the trick is here.

Just pick your columns from "Choose columns to display" and you will see all that info without copying/pasting, etc.

Cool trick....if it worked lol. Still gives you an idea, thanks for the heads up

that works! thank you for sharing I was just on there yesterday and came back today and got better info!
