lets say i order a fiverr gig for social signals to my $ site, and the social signals are coming from JUNK social accounts... accounts just used to get social signals from... and maybe a handful of the accounts even get deleted cause they are just CRAP...

will this have an negative effect on my websites ranking in search engines?

Yes it will. But it would be more page level...just if it happens you can just abandon the page and build up another one. If you don't want to risk it, just get decent gigs that provide 1 or 2 shares from their own personal accounts, not those SEO gigs with bulk submissions.

It depends on so many factors.. If your website has a history, it won't effect it (That doesn't mean you'll start throwing thousands every day and completely spam it) and instead will turn to a nice ranking strategy!

Everything "junky" negatively affects your rankings sooner or later. For me the best way is to stay more natural. Users love naturality as much as Google ;-)
