Junk traffic needed (US Ips)

I need a bit of junk traffic to client site that is uncontrolable otherwise.
US ips, I need to be able to control the referrer if possible.

Can someone direct me to a good service? Or provide this. I don't need much, but I need it to look as real as possible. (this is not for CPA at all)

Yes I see. I don't want to deal with this.

I need stuff that looks real. If no referrer I can leave with it but it needs to look as real as possible and be trackable using JS tracking system similar to Googla Analytic (although it is not actually GA, but similar)

If someone can send me traffic where i can control how many clicks a day i recieve i will be very interesed. It can be junk traffic. I just need unique clicks each day between 40-200 clicks. realistically i need 20-30 clicks a day to register from the sites im signed up to.
