Yesterday I bought a combo of chicken wings which included fries and a drink. Delicious food, every alright but suddenly my stomach started to burn and I wasn't feeling alright. I grabbed a beer because I couldn't find something better to relieve my pain. Ok, today I woke up at 4:40 A.M. as usual and wanted to read something about processed food, they make me feel sick lately like Tacobell, I used to love that but now damn I don't want to suffer anymore. I read a good article about junk food, and something interested about it that I want to share with the community. Processed foods a.k.a junk foods were made to become addicted to them same as drugs, they were created to satisfy our brain and make us buy them more often. Months ago I did something that proved such theory, I couldn't stop eating fast food restaurants every single day before work and after work because I had a good time eating, it wasn't that I was hungry, I was looking to feel better and change my mood. Now that I found out that all fake food are made with intention, I feel kinda sad and fooled by this industry. So I'm planning to change how I eat, no more food that hurts my body and eat the healthy way. I'm not a vegetarian not planning to do so but heck that food really mess with my stomach. Any thoughts about such topic? Thanks guys.
