All of my July 4th events are rained out. So here I sit.

Today marks a great day in our nations history. But I can't help but think that maybe our nation has had better moments. I'm not saying that things cant change with the right leader but sometimes when you take the wrong turn, turning around seams like the wrong direction.

So, what does this post mean? It means that it is raining and I aint gonna be seein me any fareworks!

Our ancestors walked through storms, blizzards, heat waves, etc, to win the war and you're complaining that you can't do your fireworks because some rain?

Yes they did and I'm proud of that. But I think you also missed the tone of the message.

Besides... am I supposed to go out and find a storm, blizzard, and heat wave to walk through? Or was I supposed to go ahead and shoot of the fireworks that no one will be able to see into a fog that is only 200' off the ground?
