    In a ruling issued yesterday, the Illinois Circuit Court declared the Illinois affiliate tax law unconstitutional and invalid.

    Glad to see it turning the other way. If my state every got hit with that Nexus shit I would move.

    How high was the tax? Those commenters are acting like it was a HUGE deal.
