Hey folks, I'm wondering what you ppl think of this tactic to rank a website in a local niche for a few hundred keywords in a mid to low level competition.

I know that good quality web 2.0s still work, but I need you to tell me what are the flaws of applying such tactics? Any tips & improvements are highly welcome.

Since I don't own any SEO tools, it'll be done manually, by hand.

1 . Create 100 simple web 2.0s on different platforms (wodrpess, blogger, weebly etc.). Each one of them will be created using a unique IP address.
2 . Start adding 100% unique hand-written content regularly (1-5 articles per day).
3 . After a week or so (take 10 days), when they get a bit old, I'll building backlinks.
4 . Links will differ from guest posts to all the way to footer links.
5 . Build 5 to 10 links (from different articles) from each web 2.0 to a money site.
6 . Wait for them to get indexed..
7 . Start building tier 2 links for web 2.0.s using Blog comments and Forum profiles.

Have in mind that these blogs will all be 100% content related and 100% unique. But I'm curious whether this will work or not.

Also have in mind that SEO in this country is a bit old and spam websites still rank quite greatly.

Here's a screenshot of one of my competitors.

It's ranking with 367K backlinks from 536 RDs, now tell me this is not spam.

All those links are coming from footer so number of pages = number of BLs from each website.

On the other hand my website is 2 years old and I already have 3K uv/day all organic but I have a lot of room for improvement.

    Should I go for it?

If you are trying to rank in some smaller country, where Google algorithm is still in stone age, then I would maybe consider a bit more aggressive tactic. Web 2.0s are fine, but they are not as strong as they used to be, especially not fresh ones. They will bump you a bit, but considering the amount of work you have to put in... I would rather focus on guest posts. Also, if you are getting 3K uv/day, you should be banking hard and should be able to afford some decent domains to build your PBN. Or at least outsource the web 2.0 work. All in all, do not expect miracles from web 2.0 properties. you will end up disappointed.
