It says it's a subscription. Can i cancel the subscription directly after buying so i have only access for one year only?

Yes it will not cancel your membership if you cancel the subscription. It will just expire after a year.

You can cancel any subscription by searching for the transaction in paypal

There's one thing i still don't understand.

Let's say i got the 97$ on paypal. Can i pay with paypal so the money is taken from paypal and not from a credit card? Cause it tells me i have to add credit card information

Yes you will need to first add funds to your paypal, if you would like to pay without using your credit card.

You may be forced to use a card for subscriptions, I'm not 100% sure

Yes..You need to Enter CC info in paypal for subsciption as a rule but no worries..you not need to have to through Credit card, as Paypal Primary Send payment from PP Balance and if no Sufficient Balance then they deduct money from CC.
