My views won't get pass 3K. The highest views I ever had was 10K on one video. They pick my videos up and drop it around 1K, 2K and 3K
Yeah currently I have the same issue. I'm wondering if YouTube is not pushing the videos because they are reuploads. (maybe because others have uploaded them before us on YT)

Nice stats, Yeah that strike hurts. I am also building a couple of shorts channels in same way and got a strike but before that YT removed one of the video and from that time the channel is shadow banned, was getting like 3-4K views per day now down to 20-30

Are you uploading using selenium? I'm currently doing it with my IOS phone, but it's taking a lot of of work, android is much easier to automate and selenium would be 10x easier.
