[Journey] Unique AI Automation + Agencies Clients (Road to $100k MRR)

Hey BHW,

I'm excited to share with you about a journey I'm about to embark on. I've created a unique and effective cold emailing automation system that uses AI and virtual assistants (VAs) to help me get clients for my agency. I’ve never seen this used anywhere. No one is using this method.

As a marketer, I'm always looking for new and innovative ways to generate leads and attract clients. Cold emailing has always been a part of my strategy, but I've always struggled with getting high open and response rates. That's when I started researching and experimenting with AI to create a personalized and targeted approach to cold emailing.

The process involves using an AI tool to generate the initial email based on specific criteria such as company mission, location, industry, and more.

The results have been astounding. I've been able to achieve a 90% open rate on my cold emails, and a staggering 20% response rate.

As my cold emailing automation system proved successful for my agency, I decided to start offering it to other agencies as well. I realized that many agencies struggle with lead generation and could benefit from this innovative approach to cold emailing.

I started by charging a set-up fee for my team to go in and set up the same automation for other agencies. We work with each agency to customize the AI tool and virtual assistants to fit their specific needs and target audience. Once the set-up is complete, we then place virtual assistants in their company to handle the grunt work. Then we charge a fee to continue monitoring and optimizing their email campaigns.

Just a quick update.

Last night I was able to create my FB ad creative and set up 5 new campaigns.

Spending $20 on each campaign for the next couple days to see which one preforms best so I can start scaling.

I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m going to be marketing this ai automation as a consulting service to other agencies.

I’m charging a pretty hefty setup fee. Then a monthly retainer. I’ve gotten two people onboard from cold dms on ig so far.

Let’s see if I can get things moving with FB ads.

I have VAs and AI doing 99% of the work. All I do is go in there and review the initial emails to make sure AI wrote the email properly.

But the awesome thing is each and every cold email is custom, personalized, and targeted. All I have to do is make sure the wording and grammar are correct.
I'll end up having my assistant handle that for me but in the meantime I'm making sure its running smoothly.

Just a quick update here...

I've been running a couple FB/IG ads however I'm no pro. Haven't had much success yet.

- $30 spent
- 1 Lead

Just got done setting up an Cold email marketing campaign to contact other marketing agencies.

Also started Linkedin outreach.

We'll write a more extensive update once I have things in full swing.

I am continuing to do cold emails for my own agency.

I'm running ads to bring in people from IG/FB who own are coaches, consultants, or agency owners to install my cold email processes into their practice.

Why not just scrape their emails?

What is MRR?

Tbh this just looks like a lowkey sell thread. If you’re so successful with your method and have a 90% open rate with emails why not just scale your own business? Why would other “Agencies” come to you if they can use an AI tool to do the exact same thing?

Definitely not. I don't think anyone on here would be willing to pay the price. Not looking to sell here.

I am using it for myself.

It's not an AI tool available for you to buy. It's a system I have put together on my own. You cant just purchase the software and run it. There is a process of setting up the automation.
A lot of long sleepless nights setting this stuff up.

Quick little update started a new FB ad today to generate scheduled calls.

Spending real slow - 3 leads in at a $7.61 CPA

With cold email outreach I sent out 100 emails to agencies and got 32 to respond so far.
Out of the 32 that responded 14 have booked calls.

I'm going to continue pushing these emails this week. Once i fill up my calendar I'm going to stop and focus on closing.

So far so good. Again i'll provide more in depth updates once the shows on the road.
