    Hello,
I've never done a journey thread before so I thought I'd do one for this project I've come up with.

I set the website up about 3 weeks ago and I've been gradually adding pages to it - took about 10 days for the first pages to be indexed, on the whole they're coming in on page 3 in Google straight away, no SEO done.

If all goes well I'll spell it all out in great detail, but I don't want to sit here typing it all up and having other people chasing the same idea if it doesn't work out.

So basically, I've started to set up a new website (80/140 total money pages done) and the first thing I've done is stick adsense on the pages.

The way the site will be earning (hopefully) is via adsense, affiliate stuff (Amazon mainly), and advertising.

I estimate that I should be able to earn at least $250 per page per month if it works out, so 140 x 250 = 35,000 per month if I can get maximum earnings from all pages.

Since that's unlikely to happen lets say I'm going to aim for 20% of that, or $7000 per month in total.

So far the pages I set up came in on the whole between 18th and 40th in Google - page 3 seems to be very common, this is content only, no SEO.

In Bing only 2 pages are indexed - the home page and one of the money pages - the money page is straight in at 3rd for the main money keywords.

However, some of the money pages seem to be dropping back quickly in Google, but this could be because the last 30 pages were added over the last 5 days, so maybe it's a bit of a wobble.

I've started to add some SEO - if the pages rank better (they need to be page 1), AND I start to earn some money then I'll explain everything step by step because this could be replicated over and over again without anyone treading on anyone elses toes.

    So far:

Spent: Domain - $10, SEO - $50, and time - quite a chunk of time.
    Earnings: $0.00

Will update if and when things happen.....

Don't really want to answer that yet because it's not something that anyone else is doing. It is a series of twisted versions of a few of what you mentioned.

You've got to remember that I need to SEO 140 pages, so PBN's and "standard" SEO practices would be long winded, time consuming, and VERY expensive.

So I'm taking a different approach through necessity.

I know but might as well aim for the stars and fall short on the moon, than aim for the moon and never even get into orbit.

God I'd forgotten how depressing and nerve racking it is when setting up a new website.

Initially about 82 of my pages were indexed in the top 100 in Google, when I did site:mysite.com Google showed 10 pages of results of indexed pages.

This morning it was 6 pages.

Just looked again and it's 4 pages.

My serp tracking shows only 40 pages indexed and in the top 100, whereas yesterday morning it was 82.

Either it's just because these are mainly the new pages I added in the last 3 days that are bouncing about, or Google is killing them all.

Maybe my SEO is ballsing it up, maybe they'll come back, maybe this isn't going to work.

Time will tell I guess, I'm off to have a beer :(

Sounds cool, also sounds like you've had some experience with this. Is this your first attempt at the website? if not, what have you learned from previous attempts that you're using this go around?

In my experience if you aim for nothing you do indeed get nothing.

    Nothing is NOT an option.

yet in my non-experience, because thats exactly the definition of nothing, its NOT an experience, so of course you would think that, it is rather that nothing creates everything, like your fingers, or the mountains. You cant say that the something part is more essential to the creative aspect of life. It is actually the opposite, you cant be creative without it coming from nothing.
