Hey guys, i never did a journey and Im here in BHW for a while now, so ill start a "new" business and will make it a journey thread.

Basically i've been living from IM for 2 years now, selling social media services till the end of 2013, when things went downhill again and i had enough of that.
I dont feel like trying to grow a business when the "platforms" that you work with are against you and trying to fuc* you, so i want to build a new business where i can grow without limitations and worries.

Basically ill be dropshipping (for now) t-shirts (for now too) of a specific niche, that actually i worked before a little but never focused on this (it was my first business online 2 years ago, but i never gave attention to it and now ill try to make it my main business).

    What i have now:

    - The website done (wordpress), loaded with the products + woocommerce + payment gateway + mailchimp to build a list. So the site is ready to start selling and promoting.

    - I have a Instagram bot, Facebook bot, Twitter bot and created a profile on each social site. I have a good knowledge on social marketing and i have couple social marketing tools too beside bots.

    - The supplier ready, and i already worked with him and even bought 4 t-shirts for myself, so i know he delivers.

    The plan:

For now ill only promote the site through social media and FREE ways (using some tatics + bots). I wont be using paid ads at this time.
Ill start promoting the site this week and will update here whats happening.

    The objective:

Become the authority ecommerce of this niche in my country, selling not only t-shirts but caps (goal is to build my own brand), accessories etc on this niche.
Thats it, ill include my spendings for this specific site, so ill not add the bots, tools, hosting, etc that i use for multiple stuffs.
My profit right now is around $15 per t-shirt and a downside is that they take around 15-25 days to arrive for my costumers, but of course i let them know it.

    Spendings:

    Domain .com - $10
    Domain local - $10
    Wordpress theme -
    $45

    Profit = -$65

Thats it guys, lets see what i will become by the end of 2014 :)

Nice to see a dropshipping thread - have you looked at alternative suppliers that can offer quicker delivery? 25 days seems far too long and will affect your sales unless your t-shirts are incredibly unique (which is unusual with dropshipping). Good luck with the journey.

    Hey!

In fact the t-shirts are really unique hehe, there are no suppliers here in my country and when my site becomes bigger i plan to be a supplier here (already trying to reach 2 asian factories that create these t-shirts)

And yes i agree that 25 days is not the best scenario, but its the only thing i can do know beside buying in bulk and selling myself.

I got some local (country) brands that fit my niche, so i was thinking yesterday and decided that ill first sell these unique t-shirts and than try to become an "multi brand online store" selling the products of brands that fit my niche, even though they already have their online stores.

Ill work with a dropship based model with them too.
