This will be a very simple and straight forward Journey where I will be documenting all my ups and downs as I journey to achieve $6,500 stable monthly income.
I chose $6,500 because when it is converted into my country currency, I will be averaging a little over 1 million in passive revenue and that?s pretty much a comfortable income to maintain the kind of life style I have always dreamed of living.
I am not new when it comes to building and ranking niche sites. As a matter of fact?some of the sites I will be working with on this thread are not new sites (although I intend to build new ones a I journey on) but are sites that I already built in my first journey which I just closed for lack of clear and definite of purpose.
I know a number of people are going the way of authority sites?but I choose to go with niche sites for some reasons with the most prominent one being that I see it as a risk management measure. I choose to spread out my portfolio of niche sites so that if I eventually get hit by any Google update, I will still have something to fall back to while working to revive the affected site.
I choose to measure my goal on a monthly basis rather than on daily basis because I figure that some days I will have low earnings while some other days, I will have high earnings, but after adding all together at the end up of the month, I should be able to earn $6,500 or more.
The Game Plan
It?s simple?take all the sites I have built in my previous journey and rank them to top 5 spots. Now once I am able to rank my desired keyword to the top 5 spots, I will move on to the next site while constantly tweaking the just ranked site to ensure that it is properly monetized for maximum earnings.
I intend to achieve this goal with nothing more than 10 niche sites. It can be less than 10 but it certainly will not exceed 10 niche sites.
Time Frame
This will definitely be a long term goal lasting over a period of 12 months. If I don?t reach this goal at the end of 12 months period, I am sure I will be pretty much close to reaching it.
Future Plan
All the niche sites will be setup on a brandable domain so that when the time comes, I can expand them into an authority web site.

From my previous monthly income, it?s pretty clear that achieving $6,500 monthly income won?t be an easy goal, but hard work and perseverance am confident that I will achieve my goal!
