Hi guys, Recently graduated and decided to have this here as more of a method for me to keep track of my work and have a push to continue doing my stuff. I have experience in creating sourcing goods, creating eCommerce shops, Design, and slight experience in IM (which is why I'm here on BHW now). I'm also a photographer, so manipulating images, correct editing per niche, I can easily do. My journey is to make 500k in net sales by the end of 2016. I am currently running an eCommerce shop where I am buying goods wholesale and selling at a markup of 10x. Doing the math to get $500,000. I will need to make $1370 in sales per day 91 sales a day 9100 daily views if I convert at 1% I currently have a whooping average of 6 views per day.. When I initially started I had 1000 UV's a day(due to it catching on virally with a university group) as you can see, I really f*cked up here... My plan: -Increase Instagram accounts. Currently have 3 instagram accounts with 3k , 1.8k and 1.3k follower. -Sending product to 100+ notable influencers with 5k+ genuine followers. My product costs ~3.50 after shipping. If each of these bloggers have 5000 followers each, then I would essentially reach 500,000 when they share my item. With 1% of those viewing my instagram I'd have 5000 views. And if 1% of those 5000 views convert then I'll have at least 50 sales. -After a reasonable following (20k+) will be reaching out to influencers with 20k following and booking more models that have much higher followings than that for shoots + share. -Learn email campaigns -Pinterest - Trying this out, any suggested guides or bots welcome. TL;DR -Build 20 Instagram accounts -Try a few Pinterest accounts -Email campaigns (currently have a 33% open rate but sample size is small) -Sending goods to 100 Influencers with over 5k-40k in following. Think smaller accounts like @apolis with a tight fanbase. Questions/Issues -Currently bought proxies for the few accounts I have and running them on my computer, but I need to find a more efficient way to run mass accounts at once. -Made it on major media before but would like to know other methods other than cold emailing journalists. Also $500 just to get a post on HuffPost/TechCrunch/CNN is just a waste of money so I'm not doing that. Suggestions welcome though. -If you want to share your favorite reads on developing an email campaign/pinterest/instagram, would love to hear it. -If anyone know any affiliate networks I can use to advertise my good [fashion item], please recommend.
