    Yo yo.

Celebrating 1 year on BHW & IM today (or well, tomorrow) and I figured it's a good time to start a journey and keep track of progress and set up some goals for myself.

I found this forum (can't remember how) in early 2017. I didn't know what SEO meant, dropshipping, affiliate, CPA, all of this was new to me - But it sure was interesting, making money online. This is exactly what I have wanted to do since I was young, since I hate 9-5s. I quickly started trying methods and learning what I needed to know. I ranked an ecommerce and made some money, as well as app reskinning and CPA. Didn't make much, but at least something.

2018 started bad for me. My shitty Shopify store was my main source of income, and it got hit with several scam orders, I lost over $600 in a week and I just lost all motivation for drop shipping. Slow shipping times, customers complaining, chargebacks and products that suck ass. Send proof here and there, answer angry emails from customers, go minus instead of profits because of scams, bla bla bla.

I sold my Shopify store a few days ago, which also meant I lost my "main income" as well.. I had to come up with something quick to have a recurring income.

So, I researched some niches and started an ecommerce selling digital products and now making the easiest money I've ever made. I found digital products to be a lot better for various reasons:
    1. Fully automated & No shipping time, automatic instant delivery via email
    2. Higher profits, since you create the product once and resell the same thing
    3. Lower competition since every noob in the IM-game can't sell/create these products
(For example: Anyone can start selling Drones by going on aliexpress, but not everyone can sell Pinterest bots or Wordpress plugins - Ya dig?)

I have two websites selling the exact same digital product.
Why 2 sites for the same niche/product? To dominate page #1. The two sites are selling the exact same product, I just rebranded & reskinned it.

    SITE #1
The first site I made is ranking #3-7 for several keywords, should rank higher soon. The site has been indexed for 3 weeks now, it has DA/PA 1 and is ranking spot #3 (unbelievable, content is king.)

This site is normally making $50-$120+ profit/day on autopilot since then, but today I was close to cracking $230 (one order is stuck on "pending" so we'll see). More than my goal of $200+/day, but it doesn't count since it's not consistent, just a lucky day.

I've never had $200+ profit in one day in IM (at least autopilot) since I started a year ago, so.. that's cool. :D I never anticipated this since it cost me like $100 to start & rank this site.

(This site also makes $5-$50/day from CPA but I don't count that in since it's usually on the lower side)

    -

    SITE #2
I started site #2 a week ago since the first site took off so well, I thought I should take over page #1 by having two sites. This site is currently on page 4 or something (it's new, but still has had sales somehow). I want both of these sites to be on page #1, just that alone should help me past $150 a day consistently. I also have certain niche targeted sites I'm going to buy banner ads on later, that should definitely get me there, if the ROI is good and banner prices are cheap.

I invested more in the SEO for this site, because I believe it has a better conversion rate design/brand-wise. Total investment: ca $150

    -

    SITE #3 (Just started)
Since the two other sites are basically done and just have to wait for the SEO to yeast, I'm starting a third site in a similar niche. Not digital products this time, but digital services, so more hands-on. Keyword has ca 25,000 searches and KWF 20, checked out my competitors and their sites are weak. I should be able to get to spot #2 without too much effort, #1 might be trickier but I'm happy with #2.
I found this niche by accident yesterday and immediately thought "I should be able to capitalize on this"

After a few hours of research I figured out how to provide this service myself, if I buy/code my own software. Or I can hire a VA/outsource it, will see how I do depending on order amount. Hiring a VA would make this "business" automated as well.

Soon after I found the niche I prepared the layout, structure and silo for my site, as well as gotten domain, hosting and started building the site. Pulled a 24h stretcher, no time to waste. :D The site should be done within a week, will do everything except backlinks myself.

I should be able to rank with a total budget of $100 on this one too. Might put in more, we'll see.

    TO DO LIST:
    • Buy banner ads to drive more traffic to site #2
    • Add more payment gateways (except Stripe of course) on site 1 & 2.
    • Add more content to product page on site #2
    • Finish site #3. Need to write at least 5-7k content. Site setup. Social media accounts. Bla bla bla.

    GOAL:

$200+ daily, consistently. Not $115 one day, $70 the next, then $160, $270, $120 and so on. No! Everyday over $200+, or goal hasn't been met. Hopefully I can reach it, we'll see.

2017 was my learning year, 2018 is going to be my money making year.

    Lets make some money!

Very impressed dude. Good luck with your goals. I have 2-months site in small competition niche and maybe 10 views daily, how do you people ranking your websites that fast?

You are already doing great! Can you talk a little more about your method if you have time?

Again, well done for making this much after only 1 year on BHW.

Hey OP, good luck in you journey! I'm following.

Do you selling software or it something like infoproduct?
How did you get this digital product?
Did you create it yourself or you hired someone to code/record it?

    Thanks, you too.

I just wrote a better and longer article than my competition, that was pretty much enough.

No, I made my own product, 100% profit and took about 3-4 days to learn then make.

My own product. Hmm, which of the sites? Site 1: Probably 10-12k - Site 2: 4-5k.

    :D

Hahah so true! Distracted like a 5 year old. Like today: Started writing content on home-page. Half way in a paragraph I started designing the logo in Photoshop, then before I've even started I find myself on Wordpress, choosing fonts for my header/titles. 10 min later I'm watching porn like wtf man.

Weed + Caffeine combined seems to help my ADHD symptoms though, so that's good. :D

Thanks a lot, wish you luck as well!

Basically what I'm doing: Find a niche with a digital product of some sort. Software, art, templates, whatever that is downloadable. For example from the top off my head: Let's say "buy 2d android game templates" has a couple thousand searches on google and low competition > Create a 2d android game template > Make a site with 10k content about 2d android game templates (chances are competitors will have very thin content) > Rank that shit, and have your android game template automatically sent to them via email after purchase or something. That's 100% profit on each sale (let's pretend taxes don't exist). It might take a long time to code that template, but you only need to do it once.

Niches can be file converters (well people probably won't pay for that), scrapers, marketing bots, different templates, 'buy pinterest accounts', whatever.

IG, Facebook or other social media bots perhaps? Have a look at "AutoIT", you can create automated tasks for shit without too much knowledge.

Oh infoproduct, you just gave me another idea. Wrote that up, will check it out when site #3 is finished. :D That's actually smart, like "How to make an ios game" > rank your own site selling your own .pdf guide. Endless of keywords to explore, get on it people!

I created it myself, however for site #3 I might need to pay someone to make it for me.

Thanks a lot, appreciate it. Good luck to you too! ;)

Damn that's interesting. Did you go for something somewhat unique or just found something common but with low competition?

    Site 1 & 2
Today I have added shopping carts to the header of site 1 & 2, apparently that's not there by default in WooCommerce (?!) and I hadn't even thought about it, I think this is a reason for many cancelled orders since the customers can't even visit the cart..

Credit card gateway are not added yet, only PayPal still. I thought about Braintree, but they also charge $25 extra for chargebacks (which happens often because of scammers). Hmm.. only sticking to PayPal annoys me because I know you lose out on orders. Dilemma.

    -

    Site 3
is up and running with Wordpress and some premium theme I got from BHW download section. Got 1 year hosting and a perfectly named expired domain from 2016. Logo, web design and some content is done so far.

Will try and finish the home page today, both layout and content. Will continue writing content and hopefully have the home page finished with ca 2000 words at least. My competitor has like.. 400 words, with the worst titles and article I've ever seen. It's like they're really trying to do as bad onpage SEO as possible.

Hahah it's just standard days for us. :D

It's sort of a niche within a niche, if that makes sense.

    It's dangerous!

    Thanks!
Hahaha lol, yep it's me! It would be fun getting a PM about my own thread :D How's your journey going man? I will drop by again.

    Thank you, same to you!

    Thanks!

You sure may. Site 1 & 2 has about 2k words on homepage. Then I have a silo/subpages with 800-1500 words, then product pages with 1000-1500 words.

Both product page and homepage is ranking for same keywords on page 1 haha.

Chart from the day it got indexed until 3 days ago (Site 1):

Site 2 started a week ago, so only about 40 visitors/day at the moment.

EDIT: Oh, site #2 is apparently ranking #12 & #19 already for my keywords! :D:D:D
