Quora partner program is over-saturated. There 5-10 variations of every single popular question. I think top partners hire VAs to ask questions. It's a case of hit and miss, where some questions can make you $100 while others won't even make a cent. Moreover, Quora shows questions asked by Indians to mostly Indians, which restricts the scope of earning from T-1 countries. The ranking & traffic depends upon the answers but not questions. So, unless you can hire people to write elaborate answers, or have enough followers to quickly get answer, you won't make enough money.

I had 3 accounts, two got permanent ban and one for 4 weeks, on the last day of payment, it was my first big payment but they maybe don't want to pay a big amount.

still, I have one account, but nowadays its not worth to ask a single question as avg payout per question reduced at a great level... you can even make 1/4 of what it was at the start.

so just forgot it, and focus on permanent things.

I don't have anything to do currently, i think i can ask as many as question as possible. lets see what will happen
