Journey to 10k/m with Youtube (no adsense)

So, hi, European lad here, 26, always dipped my feet on IM, never really committed, no money, or easier ways to make money, attention span of a child, but was always active and learning.

This thread will serve to share what I learn, my experiences and try to have my mind organised & fairly focused.

Well I learnt enough to at least how to do it properly. I have money on my pocket, not stressing about shit and no anxiety pushing me to quick money, so I'm here long term. But still a LOT of questions on the minutiae.

As of now, my focus is all on Youtube. Next will be socials as well, in parallel as soon as I find a framework for Youtube.

So the Plan:
Quite simple. Coming from the assumption that there is around 1 conversion/click per 1000:
1) Compile 'viral content' that is fairly niche and engaging;
2) add natural looking ads / literally just mention that said product link is either on description or comments
3) Have your own product or just drop ship something that has around 10-20$ clean profit margin per sku.

Formula is simple, create channels in hot niches, grow them fast, make many COINNNNNN.

The math as well is not as crazy as it seems:
For 1M in one channel all it takes is a daily video doing around 33-34k views
1M in two channels is 16k-17k per day
1M in 3 channels 11-12k
1M in 4 channels 8k-9k per video

Fck 10k ain't easy, but it ain't that hard either. So the big monster is done.

Now for the RPM. Dropship ain't the only thing I want to be doing.
So, let's start by the name, RPM = Revenue per millie. 1x1000 usually checks out, but the easiest way there is to increase RPM, meaning, have more viewers click or take an interest on something is to offer more stuff, golden rule usually has been 3 with 3 different prices.

So as soon as I have my Channel admin sorted (REALLY having an hard time on this, deciding if I should start with US proxies and a clean number and gmail and buy a old YT channel or just use my old accounts and channels that I used recklessly to search all types of blackhat marketing) and content creation sorted, my 2 main focus will be in an digital product, ebooks and a newsletter.

So the road will be Viewer likes product -> goes to description -> sees my merch link & product link -> clicks either and either gets an half way opt in for the newsletter/ebook download with a coupon for the store or
They only get a discount for an subscription to a newsletter that will be unashamedly about selling products, not pushing down, just presenting and showing how it will solve a problem.
This will 100% be mostly affiliate products hopefully legit ones, if I can't find, I will legit create a website to host affiliate links from amazon and have them go from there.

So, contributing for my RPM I'm focusing on immediate Revenue, half time revenue and CLV
1) Drop shipping product with fairly more expensive offers, but not really
2) Merch - If all goes well I'm full on into it, I live in the place where every luxury company comes to do their best range, a 60 euro polo is not even 6 euros done, labelled and packed, so brand will be a focus and related but not connected to channels. I will be collecting as much data as I can from every customer
3) Newsletter, this will be a way to continuously sell stuff, put them on any possible offer I have private, send them to my articles if I decide to go niche websites and publishing.

And the bonus
4) is one that I'm not really sure if I should do thru out or just in some weird niches where I can't find anything to sell: Affiliate links to amazon with a slight twist to what I promote.

My main problems right now is admin: I know for sure US channels will always grow easier early on in the US, I never really used proxies (should I use 1 SOCK per channel or just a random proxie will do) or fake numbers, but should I? And how should I go about it?
And buying accounts, what do I need to be careful after purchasing?

My main goal is around 10 channels, no-adsense, I do want to get into adsense Youtube mixed with this, but I want these quicker numbers first and then go there.

Very excited, shite still foggy as hell, lots of ideas on the minutiae (how to increase watch time, thumbnail hacks, engagement hacks, how to increase ctr on money links, etc), hope you enjoy the journey.
