The paypal statement is misleading. The "freeze" is proof of stock. I.e your suppliers information it's some EU government shit you can sell tons of items and never get it but if you sell the same item again and again expect to be hit. Also if your a new seller selling on ebay you will have your funds frozen this is ebays rulling not paypal. In regards to same item sales all you need to do is provide your suppliers information and a few personal documents and you won't get the freeze. I had it on my main account went through it fine was sorted in under 7 days took a few calls though to chase them up. Then I opened another to upsell shop bought items not a good idea through paypal as they don't see shop bought receipts as evidence. Well they didn't in my case. I just kept selling had money to fall back on. Treated it as a savings account.... just waited for the large payout at the end. Just remember whenever you go into a business adventure to have funds to fall back on. Dealing with disputes etc especially when buying in bulk. Oh an always double check your stock if you can't because it's drop shipping try to order a sample. Trust me it will save you in the long run.
