ABOUT ME

Long-time lurker,

I had a previous account which got hacked by ransomware.
I have been on BHW since 2017 when I was still studying at UNI.
At the time I had no idea how to make money online. I remember, trying to figure out how to make $50 a month and not knowing wtf to do.

This forum has been good to me. I have learned so much. I remember reading journey threads and Ask Me Anything threads back when Instagram was hot. I created theme pages growing some past 100k followers with the strategies on this forum. I couldn't believe that people would be so kind as to explain everything they were doing for a stranger's benefit. Instagram is what made me my first real dollars online. I remember, getting excited when someone would DM for a shoutout. I would post a picture and make $50 - $100 for a few seconds of work. My girlfriend and I would get excited because we knew that we would be having UBEReats that night!

In 2019 Instagram automation died. The platform went to shit and organic reach became harder to achieve. During that time I was running into some money issues because clients were falling off. Somehow I managed to keep my shit together through the rank and rent SEO method and one gangsta Instagram giveaway client who stayed on retainer paying $500/month for basically 2 years. In late 2020 I stumbled upon a thread by Jon Corres aka Wengthemeng which detailed the whole YouTube automation/cashcow game.

Later many of us would learn that Jon had been scamming clients with his drop-servicing business. This whole ideal was very sad because it seemed to me that Jon knows what he is talking about (perhaps the money got to him). Regardless, I learned everything I needed from that thread and it set me up for YouTube success.

Over the past 2 years I have been killing it with YT automation and have made over 100k from Ad Rev between several channels.

As of late 2022, I am averaging between $4000 - $10,000 USD/month from several channels (depends on RPM and season of the year).

I have learned a lot and plan on taking things to the next level whilst giving back to this forum which has helped me so much.

THE GOAL

To make 100k/month online mostly from YT automation channels. I am open to adding other rev sources such as YT automation agency work, courses etc but my main focus is to work on my own channels and scale them to this level.

I know it can be done as I have seen people's analytics which are higher than this goal.

Check out this person's channel (they showed me their stats when I was buying a shoutout)

Those results are from one big ass channel which is killing it.

I will break this goal into segments.

[] $15,000/month
[] $30,000/month
[] $50,000/month
[] $100,000/month

Personal Goals

[] Trip around the world with girlfriend
[] Family trip outside the country
[] Move to new apartment in new location
[] Buy a new car

The Plan:

[] Create a bulletproof system for creating videos/uploading them which requires minimum influence from me.

The idea is for me to oversee the operation and not be bogged down in the day-to-day operations. I currently am semi-involved in the thumbnail creation, some slight editing and all things to do with uploading/optimizing the content. (this is not scalable).

[] Hire the best talent possible to manage the machine.

I need to hire and train a VA or channel manager to replace me. I need to figure out how to make this affordable and how to train the person to be as good as me at what I do. This is the only way to scale past 6-7 channels. More channels = more money.
No, let me correct that.
More quality channels = more money.
You can have 50 shitty channels spitting out 10$/month and that won't help you.

[] Figure out alternate ways to monetize channels (affiliate marketing, brand deals, email marketing).

[] Use infrastructure to create video creation agency (do what I do for my channels for clients) this will likely help me get the last 50k/month in.

[] Sell consulting/courses on the topic (why not get some extra bucks in through selling my knowledge)

##NOTE##

The plan likely won't follow the set-out sequence. Things usually turn out very differently to how we plan them. I am open to any twist and turn. The goal is to get to 100k/month, if I get there through some other method I will document it here or start another thread.

UPDATE

I will provide an update for my channels (without revealing names) in a few days. This stuff takes a lot of work so I will do my best to update this thread every month. I will also answer questions when possible without spoon-feeding. I will give you general value to point you towards the right direction.

I don't usually like to share what I am doing but I felt compelled to write this up and create this journey thread for anyone who is ready to learn.

Talk soon.

Good luck mate so you have workers who create your videos daily? or weekly uploads

No one working fulltime, but I have like 15-20 freelancers on standby. Most channels are weekly uploads atm, daily vids requires a more robust system and more capital.

Following! Love the YT automation model

How many channels do you have? Also from automation channels you mean faceless list type channel?

But what is "automation channel", any live examples?

Wow that'll be so inspiring!
I have a question for you, how do you mange more channels? Do you keep them under the same YT account or do you have different YT account for each channel?

How many channels do you already have?
What kind of automation do you use or will to be use?

Good luck on the journey mate.

how much did that guy charge for a shoutout?

Without giving away what you're doing - what kind of videos are you making?

Could you link to a video made by someone else in a different niche which is similar to your method?

I will be follow and I have this same exact question! Also I saw that you were asking for a shoutout, do you do these to give your channel more exposure? Do you do them often? How does that work exactly?

Good luck Bro!
I already have a monetized YT channel and I want to create more channels (1 Gmail = 1 channel = Adsense account)
Freelancers do the videos then it's me who uploads, SEO...
So I need your advice:
Can I create and manage multiple YT channels (different gmails) using the same device?

Thank you

You will use same information on adsense? I mean , same tax id?

How many channels do you have? Also from automation channels you mean faceless list type channel?
I have a personal channel which shows my face (this one is a bonus to this journey it has 80-90k range subs) In terms of the automation channels I have 7 monetised channels. 5 of them I am currently working on are making money. I have another channel which is not monetised and was a shorts channel with like 100k subs which I will transform this one at some point.
But what is "automation channel", any live examples?
Basically a YouTube channel in which you are not the face. So you hire the script writer, video editor, voice over artist and thumbnail designer. You are the CEO working on the business and not in it. Here is a good example of a automation channel based around Elon Musk https://www.youtube.com/c/ElonMuskZone there are thousands of niches and different channels you can create. The whole thing started with 'Top 10' style videos.
Wow that'll be so inspiring!
I have a question for you, how do you mange more channels? Do you keep them under the same YT account or do you have different YT account for each channel?
I have some under same gmail, others have their own gmails. I think it's better to have different channels associated with different emails in the event that you get hacked. They all are directed to the same Adsense account.
How many channels do you already have?
What kind of automation do you use or will to be use?
Many channels, 5 I am working on atm. Automation will be done through Trello, project managers and google drive.
Good luck on the journey mate.

how much did that guy charge for a shoutout?
$1500 for 2 days of an endscreen promotion.
Without giving away what you're doing - what kind of videos are you making?

Could you link to a video made by someone else in a different niche which is similar to your method?
Yep, the Elon Musk example is in a different niche but follows YT automation principles.
I will be follow and I have this same exact question! Also I saw that you were asking for a shoutout, do you do these to give your channel more exposure? Do you do them often? How does that work exactly?
They can work well in certain circumstances. I know people who made their money back super quick. It didn't do so great for me. It boosted a video by like 15k views but the video never got pushed into the algorithm.

Yes, I think you are allowed to have like 10 gmails or something. Just make sure you can phone verify etc.
