I'm a complete noob regarding IG ...and I seem unable to create even the first account needed (I was planning on creating 3, for 3 different models, as I have enough time on my hands to run this project manually full-time, if there's any chance for it to pay-off accordingly, ofc).

Here's the situation: I had 2 unrelated accounts on my phone already (creative usernames, no "person" usernames), both of which have no bio, no content ...and I only recently started using them to learn IG a bit. 2-step verified both accounts with Authenticator. Both accounts were created using e-mail, if I remember correctly, and associated with each other, I suppose, as I was accessing both accounts from within the IG-app on the same phone.

I was hoping I could just "create a new account" from within the app, after I had just created a fresh Google account for my model. I chose to register with her NAME and my phone number (as I believed the number was still unknown to IG). I'm actually even on a new phone (but my same, personal Apple-ID, ofc).

My attempt resulted with an "Error" warning, with no further information given. Upon trying the registration again, I got something to the effect of "Username already taken. Please choose another name.". When I tried to check if the account had indeed been created, upon my attempt to log into the account I was greeted with "Your account has been disabled for violating our terms: <linkt to TOS>".

To make matters worse, I've tried the same process again, via the browser on my iPhone (Safari), only to get the exact same result. So now I've basically wasted the 2 most suitable usernames for my model and have ZERO clue on how to even create the much needed accounts.

Also, ...IF the term violated was "impersonation" related, I also have ZERO clue as to how IG could have safely assumed the iPhone user NOT to be my model's name. Yes, I used a unique name with no prior Google hits and it's own fresh Google account.

Had I used a browser to create the account from my computer, using my model's gmail, ...what would have happened upon attempting to add this account to the app on my phone???

Anyone is welcome to tell me how stupid I am (because it's probably true) as long as you also want to chime in with some enlightening words of hope, or encouragement. ;-). I'm not ready to give up just yet.

@Plastic Bowl Would you be so kind as to share how those accounts of yours were created (safely)?

I had the same problem with creating insta accounts. My solution: Buy insta and Facebook pages for your model on Fiverr. You will need the fb page for automation your insta feed. I paid 5$ for each account.

I honestly believe this to be one of the most basic lessons anyone in marketing and sales needs to learn and live by.

If you had taken the time to read the thread, it would appear you'd have seen enough hard DATA to contradict your own assumptions. It's not that I don't get where you're coming from. I feel quite the same, actually. But in my decision making, I put my money on data, as opposed to my personal intuition or (even worse) my personal taste.

It is just the start and by far nothing compared to other guys here, but there is definitly money to make.

Anyway, I would like to ask you about the chatting package. Where did you set this up? On Patreon right? I will keep that in mind, it sound honestly very interesting to me and since I have no problem with chatting it's worth a shot.

I'm sorry you had some scammers and thieves come by and resell your stuff, but at least you did get some money out of it. LOL! That's another good reason it's great to hike your prices up too, so you can avoid scammers like that who want to profit off your hard work. Scammers are trying to make money, so if you hike your prices up to $15-20 then they won't bother to pay, and they'll go to another creator who has cheaper prices.

It's just better to weed out those cheapskates because a lot of them come with an agenda like scamming you and other stuff. At least if you get people paying more, they'll be better quality customers, and cause you less stress.

Chatting can definitely be an opportunity to make extra money. It works for some people, and for some it doesn't. I think if you don't mind spending your time chatting, then you should do it. I had a pretty bad experience with it, personally recently. Before I tell you what happened, I'll preference this that this doesn't always happen though. I had a needy customer which are the worst type of customers to have in this industry. I had this guy who paid for my subscriptions on both accounts that I owned, and at first it seemed to be going well, but then I noticed how much this dude was writing me back. It was starting to take valuable hours out of my day to write him back. Then he unsubscribed when I made up this dangerous story about my character. Then he came back and he to start emailing me because his Patreon account was fucked up after he unsubscribed, so he couldn't DM me on there anymore. When he started emailing me, it was like everyday, and it was a very long post and he started acting like a horny weirdo, and he's a lonely creepy old man as well. I didn't have a huge problem with that because that's common in this sexualized industry. I'm selling sexy pictures, so I can't complain when a guy gets horny, shit I'm a guy myself, so I get it. I get him to subscribe to my model's friend which is my other account, so he starts talking to her now at this point.

Then, like a month later, he gets mad that my main model stopped emailing him for like 4-5 days in a row. I found out how angry he was through my 2nd model when he complained about her to her. He then unsubscribes again. Then I use my main model to spaz out and snap on his ass. He softens up and resubscribes again for a 3rd time, then a week later which was like 2 weeks ago in real-time; he ends up getting tired of everything and unsubscribes to both of again, and blocks my Patreon pages, Instagram accounts, and email accounts.

Ever since then, I've felt great to not have to deal with his weird ass anymore. LOL! I honestly hated being a girl sometimes to these simps, as well. The whole thing just sucked the energy out of me. I'm now just concentrating on making content for my only customer left, and it's been enjoyable for me, so far until I start actively advertising my Patreon accounts again.

Yeah, the one thing that I regret doing when I started getting those subscriptions back in February and March was to set up a tier package for chatting. I know a lot of girls who do this thing called GFE, which stands for Girlfriend Experience packages where they charge a really high amount to chat with dudes. The rates are usually pretty hefty, like $200-500 a week to chat with them, and some simps are willing to pay that high amount. I setup one for $1,200 recently because to be honest, if I'm going to chat again it's gotta be worth my while, and I don't feel like anybody is going to pay that high price, so it keeps me from chatting. LOL!

Like I said before, some people are comfortable chatting, and want to do it, but I've been through that experience, and am not interested.

Wow sounds like you had some crappy experiences. I am a female so I have already dealt with guys like this just in regular life who want ALL YOUR TIME ALL THE TIME lol it's like holy crap dude who do you think you are!? I feel like if you are going to offer chatting, there has to be rules set in place and I will have to be the one to keep up with those rules no matter what, otherwise people take advantage of you. I mean maybe if the money was amazing I could forgive someone that wants me to be at thier beckon call 24/7, but they money would have to be like $5 to 10k a month lmao. And so far no richy rich has come along like that LOL.
