Journey to $100k as an AI Influencer

This is a great journey, and congrats to your success so far, as your experience in marketing has helped you here. I'm in the AI space as well and this is getting me so inspired to continue this and work a little harder. AI models is definitely the future, and will get to another level once AI videos is finally launched. That's a game changer right there.

Right now, I'm struggling with my Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/blairbrooksbb I had 3 subs, now I'm down to 1, but I'm so bad at marketing. IG has been horrible for me, so I'm not getting much out of it, but I have networked with other creators on there and learned a lot from there. I think videos will help us a lot more in the future getting paid subscribers than photos can.

He seems to be doing very well for himself with just photos alone, but I think everybody in general, will be doing a lot better with AI models once AI videos comes out.

Video content sells better than still images, so a lot of us that are struggling with our Patreons, or Fanvues will be doing way better once AI videos comes out. Video content will sell our models a lot better because a lot of our viewers or fans will want videos over images. For those of us who can't market for shit like myself. LOL! We will do a lot better with video content without having the marketing skills needed to sell images.

For example, I plan on doing my marketing exclusively on YouTube because video content and marketing is king. I'm going to open up a YouTube channel, and hopefully have it monetized, and do SFW videos of my AI model doing simple things like walking around, or any other SFW scenarios to promote my paid subscriber sites like Patreon. At the same time, I can be making ad revenue off my videos as well.

Right now, it's not that easy for me to get deepfaked content posted because I don't have enough to pay pilot models at this moment to make original videos for me that can stay safe on YouTube. It's hard to steal videos because I have to make sure they're not already on YouTube before I post them, and deepfaking technology still needs a lot of work. It takes time to edit deepfakes because of the constant flickering on some videos where rapid head movement makes it hard for the face not to flicker.

With AI videos, I feel it will just be much easier because we can build up a bunch of videos to promote our AI models. I can probably do a video every other day and release it on YouTube. If the channel starts getting heavy traffic per video that's going to make it easier to sell our Patreon subscriptions, and run the NFSW videos over there.

OMG! I can't wait for full length AI videos to come out, as I heard the first one could be coming out later this year, so I can't wait. I can't confirm it though, but a guy told me he heard the first video creator tool will come out this year.
Wow now you have ME second guessing my prices LMAO. I've never been good at getting paid what I am worth. Or asking for what I thought I was worth. I was a Chef and made crap money. I was a writer and made crap money. I was a painter and made crap money. Now I thought I would try AI out and apparently I am thinking too low. My THIRD tier is as high as your first tier and I am offering as much on my third tier that you are. I guess I should re-think the prices. I don't want to seem like a cheap bih.

Amazing journeys, definitely following. I used to make api scripts for several social media applications myself in 2017, exactly the same: sending people to my websites and got a steady 30% conversion rate, however these were different times, a lot has changed on all platforms but im definitely looking to get back into CPA.

hey would you like to collab and talk about that in more details? i'm looking for someone to help me with traffic and etc.

Update on my journey thought I'd share:

Boomers don't seem to convert well. They just want to chat on facebook/insta and when asked if they can chat on Patreon or Telegram they say no, they don't know how. Insane, cheap engagement though.

I've found a pretty solid software that allows you to create custom AI chatbots for FB messenger, telegram, sms, etc. Going to try testing with it to see if I can build a relationship on social media first and then convert.

Hey guys! Sorry I had a bit of a family emergency I had to deal with, but I haven't disappeared, I promise! I'll hold off until Monday and give a proper two week update. Things have been going well :D

Now time to answer all the questions I missed out on!

So you've trained your Lora on another AI to avoid issues with the real person? Did you make it look more real than the photos you've trained on? I'm confused how people can create unique real-life characters, Loras after all those are just duplicates, and if you turn down the weight then there is a problem with face consistency.
I created a unique character and then trained a lora based on them
10-80$ is a very big price range.
How do you decide the actual sale price? I guess there is a difference between a 10$ and a 80$ set.
$10 would be one softcore pic, $80 might be five hardcore pics
best of luck for your journey
Thanks!
Amazing journey, best of luck! Read through all of the sites, well was skipping few posts but yeah, really interesting.
Was there any rookie mistake or a thing you wished you've known sooner?

From what i've seen, all people are doing it the whitehat way.
Anyone tried doing it blackhat? I'm thinking of doing it blackhat, or semi, not sure yet. If anyone is doing it already or thinking about it, i'd appreciate a pm.
Hmmm not really. I'd say engagement is more important than you might think.

Lots of people do this blackhat with faceswaps/deepfakes, but I don't touch that.
Good luck on your journey!..

Seems interesting. Following you,...
Thanks!
Hi mate,

great thread! I also started a similar journey recently and have 2 subs so far on patreon :) I wanted to ask, do you have many different packages on patreon? What price range have you seen is getting the most purchases?

Thank you in advance :)
I have four packages, my $20 and $50 tier are about equal.
Love to keep coming back to this thread to see yours, and others journeys!

So, an update to my one currently, and a question for @Plastic Bowl !

Instagram: I've hit the 2 week point since creating my model, Instagram and Fanvue. I'm at the about 2000 follower count for the 'gram, with decent engagement on each post - although I think a lot of the followers are bot accounts/fanvue promoters.

Fanvue: 8 Renewing subs at $9.99pm (we'll see if they don't cancel before renewal) and about $40 in PPV. The current net (after FV cut etc) is about $45, I'm hoping I can scale it to OP levels within the next couple months, but that is ambitious I'm sure.

@Plastic Bowl , so I appreciate you don't want to give away numbers, however I wonder as you mentioned the majority of your income comes from PPV, would you say you have a decent quantity of people purchasing the smaller PPVs, or do you have a handful of bigger spenders that make you the money?

Everyone - I know OnlyFans doesn't allow AI content - but I'm certain I've come across other AI models that do actually have an OF - anybody got any insight? It's a shame OF doesn't allow AI, because it is a much more reconisable brand than Fanvue, which I think introduces some hesitancy to signing up. I do have a Patreon setup currently, but I'm mostly focusing on the FV for now, just to prove the model (business and AI lol).

A pleasure to be part of this thread, as always.

Cro
Nice progress! As far as spenders, the 80/20 rule applies here. 80% of income from 20% of people.

As for OF, there are ways to get in, but not sure if it's ok to talk about here.
Good luck with the rest of your journey!
Thanks!
It is already saturated and people creating AI influencers are putting money out of their pocket to promote their "influencer". It is not as perfect as they tell you.

They say: "I made 1K today", but they actually spent 2K in promotion. Without actual proof, you need to read between lines.
My numbers I've shared here are after advertising and platform fees, this is only a journey tracking profit, not revenue. I have also posted a lot of proof in this thread.

I stopped running ads about 3 months ago now as well.
Thank you for Following your journey and congrats on the impressive results !
Thanks!
This has been floating in my mind since starting a couple of weeks ago. I have noticed A LOT of other AI influencers, but almost all of them are lazy efforts it appears, which I don't see how they'd get any decent traction on. I also doubt the numbers for that supposedly "10k a month AI woman" whatever her name is. I'm especially unsure about people buying content from influencers they KNOW are AI - as I'm sure all of the guys that have sent my money way so far think I am real. Which I don't feel bad about, as I do mention that I am AI in my bio when you get over to Fanvue, so that's on them - or they just enjoy the roleplay. Either way, I don't mention it, but am honest if asked.

I've started to wonder if this whole AI influencer push is some sort of a conspiracy, as I'm not sure if I do believe it is incredibly profitable. That said, I am 2 weeks in and have generated about $50, but, I have spent more than that on ads in an attempt to shortcut to the earnings. It's only the 2 week mark and I think my sense of doubt is more influenced by impatience.

I also wonder about the long-term of this possibility as well, as in the media there is a pretty negative connotation to AI generated content, especially when it comes to people. I won't be surprised if some sort of negative law or legislation gets brought in in the future that will bring it all crashing down.

I plan to give this a go for a month or so, see if it can be scaled to where the money is worthwhile, but I am keeping my expectations realistic.

Anyway, like Plastic Bowl, who seems to be killing it, I plan to keep my updates on this thread. See how we all do aye.
Big earnings are def possible, I've seen new girls come in and make a killing.

Just don't be fooled by anyone who says it's easy work or low effort. You only see my numbers here, you don't see the hours behind the scenes. The low effort AI girls are everywhere and you have to standout above them.
@Plastic Bowl I’ve started this 3 weeks ago and took a while to learn SD to a point where I can say with confidence, that I can create content to the high standard I was aiming for. I discovered this thread a few days after my finalized model saw the light of day and it not only seems to confirm the validity of my original plan (business model), but filled in some gaps, where I was still lacking some info. So, THANK YOU for sharing your awesome journey!

Took 2 hours to read the whole thread, start to finish. Just a few unanswered questions on my mind:

As I’m currently unable to invest 1K into shoutouts and ads, I was wondering …

1 - I might be able to spend max. $100/month on ads and shoutouts. Would that still be a worthwhile investment, or would you recommend focusing on other activities, instead?

2 - Apart from interaction, engagement, colabs with and following other AI-accounts, is there anything else I can, or should try to grow my model’s IG as fast as possible?

3 - Any particular reason you don’t do follow/unfollow on other IG accounts (like the followers of other AI-accounts)? Were you just not willing to invest your time into that, or do you think the results aren’t worth it, or even recommend against it for some reason??

Again: Thanks a lot for sharing you jorney and so much valuable bits and pieces with us!!! Keep up the good work and you will hit your goal 100%. :)
1. $100/month on ads is fine!

2. That sounds like a great recipe to start

3. I don't think it's worth the time. I grow organically at a fast enough rate

Best of luck!
Just finished reading the 19 pages. Following your journey now
Thanks!
Since you dropped that funnel which AI chatting platform did you use for telegram?
They are called crush.chat I have no affiliation with them and no longer use the service. I think they might actually be out of the telegram game.
I've got kind of a dumb question @Plastic Bowl are you posting the same images on FV and Patreon? I already started my Patreon and have about 20 posts that I worked hard to create and make. Would it be okay to post the same to Fanvue as Subscriber posts and then make extra posts that are, as you say, hardcore for PTV?
Yes, same content. But hardcore is Fanvue PPV only
How did you manage your verification process on Fanvue? Is it done by you or is it done by someone else?

And one more question would be, how did you connect bank details with your AI model
I used my own info. Bank details are easy to enter, just put it into the payout page
How you verify your fansly and fanvue? you use your own id?
I don;t use fansly, they don't allow AI creators. I used my own ID
where you from.. the U.S tax federal agent is asking questions about you lol ... do you pay taxes for that money ??
I'm from the US. I pay all of my taxes and paid full taxes from this on the 2023 taxes. I set aside 30% of all money that comes in into a separate savings account for taxes at the end of the year. This is a white hat journey
Can you show us your strategy a little bit more?
You can ask any question you want :)
Nice journey, i'm follow this now, GL
Thanks!
Congratulation to you !!!
Thanks!
Still following
Glad to have you along :)

You Doing Good, Appreciate It.
Good Luck With This Journey.

I think setting prices too low is a problem I see 90% of ai girls making. You're a fucking goddess, does a goddess get naked for $2?

Agreed, Gen X/millennials seem better for me.

Good luck on the automation!

the best easy one is thinkdiffusion. Rundiffusion is way too expensive. he cheapest one (like 3 times cheaper than thinkdiffusion) is runpod, but you have to download all the prerequisit so it's more complexe, there are tutorials on youtube. If you have the money, go for Thinkdiffusion and their club service with a dedicated cloud server, you will have stable diffusion with the latest features for each UI (automatic1111, comfyui, fooocus etc...)

Also to guide you, start with automatic1111 which is the most used one and versatile to generate image. The easiest one is fooocus and really powerfull for inpainting, but you can't use embeddings that are really useful to get consistent characters (it only works for SDXL checkpoint but you will lack many loras and embeddings created by the community, most of them are created on SD 1.5, not SDXL). Finally comfyUI is the fastest of all, but it requires a lot of testing and it will take a lot of time to understand and get the system you want.

So i would go runpod for the service, instal automatic1111, use SD 1.5 checkpoint ( a realistic one), and go on civitai to find createors that are good with realistic images and copy their system
Thanks for the info! Also how much money are we talking about if i need to use thinkdiffusion

LOL! Yeah, I started out low, but moved them up after I gotten some advice from a couple of people when I first got started to move my prices up and value quality over quantity. What a lot of people will do is set low prices to get more customers, but they get shitty customers, though. I knew my higher prices were working better because people originally had the option to go after the lower prices and didn't and went with $15 which was my highest price originally, so that let me know that even if it takes a while to get customers, it's more worth it to have them coming in at a high price.

I'm like you though, I've never been good at getting paid what I'm worth either. This has changed my outlook on the value on things.

In this industry, I've seen lots of girls charge some really high prices and be successful at it. I honestly don't think the low prices are worth it. Yeah, you could get 10 customers paying $3-5 a month, but you're not really getting much out of those customers. It can take a person 10 customers to get to $30, and it only takes me 2 customers to get to $30 at that $15 price tag. LOL!

If I were you just play around with the prices, but $15-20 seems to be the sweet spot for me and a lot of OnlyFans girls. I think once I really get this going, my lowest price is going to be $30 in the future.

Great job getting started! I agree that AI video will be a gamechanger. I wouldn't recommend deepfaking any content or faceswapping, you don't want a fun letter from that model's lawyer in the mail :)
Thanks bro, yeah AI video will be a game changer, I'm so excited for it. That's true! LOL! I'll take my chances for now until AI video comes out for us.

$10 would be one softcore pic, $80 might be five hardcore pics
Thanks again for your great answers to all the questions.
My main thought is about the fanvue process. Let me ask you some more about that.
Do you have daily topless or soft pics in your fanvue feed? If yes, how many? Are you stopping daily pics in your standard fanvue subscription?

The softcore PPV picture could be your girl topless at the beach or naked on the bed? Something like that? Guys request that and you accept it for the right price? Is that correct?

I thought if you spend money on IG/FB ads then instagram would lower your reach and wont let you grow organically. Thoughts on this OP ? You only post photos and no reels ?

Thanks for the inspiration OP, grew my IG with from 400(fake) to 700 followers with 50 M/S, adding 30 more accounts soon and finally got my first sale. I am on cloud 9, he even tipped me for no reason!! :D
Following some IG big earners in the niche as well and copying what they do, it seems I have better looking model / realism than them and the only diff is they have 1000x times the follower count so imma just grind.
t5F1ruH.png

A strat that i am doing is focusing on reels now with AI soft voice, not sure if would work but reels are promoted better than pics so there is that. Still have to figure out that voice lines to add, started with a sexy quote of the day and a bunch of good wishes etc, got any ideas?

Cheers mate.

@Plastic Bowl Ay buddy thanks for answering my 2 questions! I agree, if she is a Goddess she definitely wouldn't be short changing herself. Unlike a lot of the dudes in this thread (haha) I am actually a female and others consider ME personally a 7 and even I wouldn't be stripping naked for $15 lmao. My girl is very well-thought out, I spend hours preening her just right, making her very attractive, I do thematic photos, etc. I gotta make it worthwhile for myself too! They don't need to know all the HOURS that goes on behind the scenes but I suppose that should also go TOWARD my prices too.

I see a ton of really crappy AI all day, 6 fingers, weird vaginas lmao, different girls in every image when it's supposed to be the same girl, etc. I actually work hard to make my girly look good!

Thanks again.

Update:

I'll be stopping this journey after spending about $100 on Facebook ads, getting 3k total engagements, probably 50+ messages, and only 25 visits to Patreon and no sales.

It's honestly shocking you've made 40k so far.

Not sure where you find these r*tards that pay money to see nude AI girl pictures, I wish I could find them. Apparently they're not on Facebook.

More space for us!

Do you know OP spent 20$ a day? That's 600$ / month. 5 times more than your spending. Did you check competition? The only difference between you and OP's earnings is that he has 40k followers and you have about 50-100.

Good luck on your next adventure.

IMO videos aren't the problem, nor is it really your marketing as sex sells itself. The issue I see looking at the Patreon page is (sorry but no particularly nice way to say it) the AI looks fake. Her body isn't realistic, the proportions are off in some photos, and some of these don't even look like the same person. Far too much bokeh as it all looks like someone standing in front of a green screen, she's too large compared to the background.

Did you model the face in different positions to inpaint on poses? Because it sure looks like you loaded up Automatic1111 or Invoke AI on an 8GB GPU running SD 1.5, asked for a white chick, and clicked "I want 100 images". The skin doesn't even have texture and looks like some anime/game character. In reality you seem to be running SDXL with 4x upscale but my gosh, what base model are you using? You're competing with other creators, you can't half ass it. Do the proper modeling so the face stays the same, use base models like afroditex and nudify_xl_lite LoRA so the skin looks real. Add in lighting because proper ray tracing makes almost anything look more realistic, and if you get that wrong it looks fake AF.

The money with AI influencers is making content good enough to fool people into thinking it's real. You need to be able to zoom in and pixel peep while still thinking it's real. Then you'll make money.

That's a shame to hear this for you. I'm not surprised though - I definitely doubt the profitability of it all. I'm into my third week and I have had over $100 in sales on Fanvue now, but have spent more than that on ads.

If you're packing it in, would you be willing to share your Instagram so we can see it?

if anyone willing to cooperate, pm me. It will be much faster and easier to do it with someone who is also passionate and all in into this game, cos the proper management requires good team to earn good money.

Thank you bro, your advice really helped me kind of refocus here, as you made me realize that I hadn't changed my base model or LORAs since February inside of Fooocus. I'm using Fooocus to generate my images. I've been using the same base models since then without changing it. The one thing that I've should've focused more on was my skin texture to look a little bit more real.

So far Afroditex looks really good, as I've been playing around with that for a little bit since I first read your posts a few hours ago. I didn't initially respond to it because I wanted to try your base model recommendations. Afroditex has some excellent realistic images getting produced out of it. My goal is to overall get real close to making the images as realistic as possible, so that the potential customers can't tell the difference. I always preference though, we who make the images can tell better than the simps.

One thing I've learned is that simps really don't care how good our images look because if it looks like a female, they'll be a customer. People will buy anime images which should tell you that's not even a difference maker in people buying into our subscription pages. I knew a guy about a couple of months ago who had started his page and he more sales than mines, and he admitted to me that my images looked more realistic than his images. The difference between me and him is that he was a better marketer. I don't think it's all above how real the images look, it can help in a lot of cases for customers who can be fooled into thinking the images are real. Then there are those customers who really don't give a fuck. They know it's AI anyway, and they'll still simp to our AI models. At the end of the day, it's about marketing. I'm not saying videos will help that much, but it will give you an edge over images because people prefer videos than still images. You really need marketing skill to be successful with images. I was actually doing real-life girls before and I still couldn't get sales for my OnlyFans page when I had that one at the time around 3 years ago. That let me know right there that it's not really about how real the model looks, it's about marketing skills. Video was helping me get a few sales, but nothing from images, so images are really tough to sell, and it's an overcrowded market too.

Overall, though, I do want to make my images look more realistic, not because it can generate more sales, but because I prefer that my images look as real as possible that's why I didn't go down the animated or anime route for my AI girl. I don't think I'm anywhere close yet to achieving that, but I think Afroditex will get me a bit closer to that achievement than where I was at before. I didn't like the nudify xl lite LORA too much, so I didn't use it. That looked a little bit more on the fake side.

I still got some tweaking to do, but I usually upscale my images to 4K or 4096x4096 then inpaint afterwards, but the images come out looking blurry when zoomed in. I'm trying to see if that can be solved. If you know how to do this, then let me know. I'll have my newest images on my Patreon starting today, obviously on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/blairbrooksbb there. I can't share the nude ones to the open public without paying, so you won't be able to see those images.

BTW, do you got a place where I can see your model? If you do then how well are you doing with sales for her? If you don't want to disclose this info here, then you can DM it to me.

That's unfortunate to hear, I thought about going into the paid ads route, but I couldn't afford it. After hearing this, maybe it was for the better to not waste money on it.

I think YouTube video, or TikTok might help you better as there's some girls who have OnlyFans who only use video marketing via those two sites. I'm going to get more into marketing my model with videos, but I need Sora AI though because it's tough to pay for original videos, and sourcing videos to steal that won't get me in trouble.

Most of us are struggling, but I do think things will get better once videos comes along because images are harder to market. The reason why OP was so successful because he had prior marketing skills, a lot of us don't have that, so we're suffering right now.

I'd say don't give up if you have a passion to do this, just wait for AI videos to come out.

I would like to see his IG as well.
