Hey guys! Sorry I had a bit of a family emergency I had to deal with, but I haven't disappeared, I promise! I'll hold off until Monday and give a proper two week update. Things have been going well
Now time to answer all the questions I missed out on!
So you've trained your Lora on another AI to avoid issues with the real person? Did you make it look more real than the photos you've trained on? I'm confused how people can create unique real-life characters, Loras after all those are just duplicates, and if you turn down the weight then there is a problem with face consistency.
I created a unique character and then trained a lora based on them
10-80$ is a very big price range.
How do you decide the actual sale price? I guess there is a difference between a 10$ and a 80$ set.
$10 would be one softcore pic, $80 might be five hardcore pics
best of luck for your journey
Thanks!
Amazing journey, best of luck! Read through all of the sites, well was skipping few posts but yeah, really interesting.
Was there any rookie mistake or a thing you wished you've known sooner?
From what i've seen, all people are doing it the whitehat way.
Anyone tried doing it blackhat? I'm thinking of doing it blackhat, or semi, not sure yet. If anyone is doing it already or thinking about it, i'd appreciate a pm.
Hmmm not really. I'd say engagement is more important than you might think.
Lots of people do this blackhat with faceswaps/deepfakes, but I don't touch that.
Good luck on your journey!..
Seems interesting. Following you,...
Thanks!
Hi mate,
great thread! I also started a similar journey recently and have 2 subs so far on patreon
I wanted to ask, do you have many different packages on patreon? What price range have you seen is getting the most purchases?
Thank you in advance
I have four packages, my $20 and $50 tier are about equal.
Love to keep coming back to this thread to see yours, and others journeys!
So, an update to my one currently, and a question for
@Plastic Bowl !
Instagram: I've hit the 2 week point since creating my model, Instagram and Fanvue. I'm at the about 2000 follower count for the 'gram, with decent engagement on each post - although I think a lot of the followers are bot accounts/fanvue promoters.
Fanvue: 8 Renewing subs at $9.99pm (we'll see if they don't cancel before renewal) and about $40 in PPV. The current net (after FV cut etc) is about $45, I'm hoping I can scale it to OP levels within the next couple months, but that is ambitious I'm sure.
@Plastic Bowl , so I appreciate you don't want to give away numbers, however I wonder as you mentioned the majority of your income comes from PPV, would you say you have a decent quantity of people purchasing the smaller PPVs, or do you have a handful of bigger spenders that make you the money?
Everyone - I know OnlyFans doesn't allow AI content - but I'm certain I've come across other AI models that do actually have an OF - anybody got any insight? It's a shame OF doesn't allow AI, because it is a much more reconisable brand than Fanvue, which I think introduces some hesitancy to signing up. I do have a Patreon setup currently, but I'm mostly focusing on the FV for now, just to prove the model (business and AI lol).
A pleasure to be part of this thread, as always.
Cro
Nice progress! As far as spenders, the 80/20 rule applies here. 80% of income from 20% of people.
As for OF, there are ways to get in, but not sure if it's ok to talk about here.
Good luck with the rest of your journey!
Thanks!
It is already saturated and people creating AI influencers are putting money out of their pocket to promote their "influencer". It is not as perfect as they tell you.
They say: "I made 1K today", but they actually spent 2K in promotion. Without actual proof, you need to read between lines.
My numbers I've shared here are after advertising and platform fees, this is only a journey tracking profit, not revenue. I have also posted a lot of proof in this thread.
I stopped running ads about 3 months ago now as well.
Thank you for Following your journey and congrats on the impressive results !
Thanks!
This has been floating in my mind since starting a couple of weeks ago. I have noticed A LOT of other AI influencers, but almost all of them are lazy efforts it appears, which I don't see how they'd get any decent traction on. I also doubt the numbers for that supposedly "10k a month AI woman" whatever her name is. I'm especially unsure about people buying content from influencers they KNOW are AI - as I'm sure all of the guys that have sent my money way so far think I am real. Which I don't feel bad about, as I do mention that I am AI in my bio when you get over to Fanvue, so that's on them - or they just enjoy the roleplay. Either way, I don't mention it, but am honest if asked.
I've started to wonder if this whole AI influencer push is some sort of a conspiracy, as I'm not sure if I do believe it is incredibly profitable. That said, I am 2 weeks in and have generated about $50, but, I have spent more than that on ads in an attempt to shortcut to the earnings. It's only the 2 week mark and I think my sense of doubt is more influenced by impatience.
I also wonder about the long-term of this possibility as well, as in the media there is a pretty negative connotation to AI generated content, especially when it comes to people. I won't be surprised if some sort of negative law or legislation gets brought in in the future that will bring it all crashing down.
I plan to give this a go for a month or so, see if it can be scaled to where the money is worthwhile, but I am keeping my expectations realistic.
Anyway, like Plastic Bowl, who seems to be killing it, I plan to keep my updates on this thread. See how we all do aye.
Big earnings are def possible, I've seen new girls come in and make a killing.
Just don't be fooled by anyone who says it's easy work or low effort. You only see my numbers here, you don't see the hours behind the scenes. The low effort AI girls are everywhere and you have to standout above them.
@Plastic Bowl I’ve started this 3 weeks ago and took a while to learn SD to a point where I can say with confidence, that I can create content to the high standard I was aiming for. I discovered this thread a few days after my finalized model saw the light of day and it not only seems to confirm the validity of my original plan (business model), but filled in some gaps, where I was still lacking some info. So, THANK YOU for sharing your awesome journey!
Took 2 hours to read the whole thread, start to finish. Just a few unanswered questions on my mind:
As I’m currently unable to invest 1K into shoutouts and ads, I was wondering …
1 - I might be able to spend max. $100/month on ads and shoutouts. Would that still be a worthwhile investment, or would you recommend focusing on other activities, instead?
2 - Apart from interaction, engagement, colabs with and following other AI-accounts, is there anything else I can, or should try to grow my model’s IG as fast as possible?
3 - Any particular reason you don’t do follow/unfollow on other IG accounts (like the followers of other AI-accounts)? Were you just not willing to invest your time into that, or do you think the results aren’t worth it, or even recommend against it for some reason??
Again: Thanks a lot for sharing you jorney and so much valuable bits and pieces with us!!! Keep up the good work and you will hit your goal 100%.
1. $100/month on ads is fine!
2. That sounds like a great recipe to start
3. I don't think it's worth the time. I grow organically at a fast enough rate
Best of luck!
Just finished reading the 19 pages. Following your journey now
Thanks!
Since you dropped that funnel which AI chatting platform did you use for telegram?
They are called crush.chat I have no affiliation with them and no longer use the service. I think they might actually be out of the telegram game.
I've got kind of a dumb question
@Plastic Bowl are you posting the same images on FV and Patreon? I already started my Patreon and have about 20 posts that I worked hard to create and make. Would it be okay to post the same to Fanvue as Subscriber posts and then make extra posts that are, as you say, hardcore for PTV?
Yes, same content. But hardcore is Fanvue PPV only
How did you manage your verification process on Fanvue? Is it done by you or is it done by someone else?
And one more question would be, how did you connect bank details with your AI model
I used my own info. Bank details are easy to enter, just put it into the payout page
How you verify your fansly and fanvue? you use your own id?
I don;t use fansly, they don't allow AI creators. I used my own ID
where you from.. the U.S tax federal agent is asking questions about you lol ... do you pay taxes for that money ??
I'm from the US. I pay all of my taxes and paid full taxes from this on the 2023 taxes. I set aside 30% of all money that comes in into a separate savings account for taxes at the end of the year. This is a white hat journey
Can you show us your strategy a little bit more?
You can ask any question you want
Nice journey, i'm follow this now, GL
Thanks!
Congratulation to you !!!
Thanks!
Glad to have you along
This is a great journey, and congrats to your success so far, as your experience in marketing has helped you here. I'm in the AI space as well and this is getting me so inspired to continue this and work a little harder. AI models is definitely the future, and will get to another level once AI videos is finally launched. That's a game changer right there.
Right now, I'm struggling with my Patreon:
https://www.patreon.com/blairbrooksbb I had 3 subs, now I'm down to 1, but I'm so bad at marketing. IG has been horrible for me, so I'm not getting much out of it, but I have networked with other creators on there and learned a lot from there. I think videos will help us a lot more in the future getting paid subscribers than photos can.
He seems to be doing very well for himself with just photos alone, but I think everybody in general, will be doing a lot better with AI models once AI videos comes out.
Video content sells better than still images, so a lot of us that are struggling with our Patreons, or Fanvues will be doing way better once AI videos comes out. Video content will sell our models a lot better because a lot of our viewers or fans will want videos over images. For those of us who can't market for shit like myself. LOL! We will do a lot better with video content without having the marketing skills needed to sell images.
For example, I plan on doing my marketing exclusively on YouTube because video content and marketing is king. I'm going to open up a YouTube channel, and hopefully have it monetized, and do SFW videos of my AI model doing simple things like walking around, or any other SFW scenarios to promote my paid subscriber sites like Patreon. At the same time, I can be making ad revenue off my videos as well.
Right now, it's not that easy for me to get deepfaked content posted because I don't have enough to pay pilot models at this moment to make original videos for me that can stay safe on YouTube. It's hard to steal videos because I have to make sure they're not already on YouTube before I post them, and deepfaking technology still needs a lot of work. It takes time to edit deepfakes because of the constant flickering on some videos where rapid head movement makes it hard for the face not to flicker.
With AI videos, I feel it will just be much easier because we can build up a bunch of videos to promote our AI models. I can probably do a video every other day and release it on YouTube. If the channel starts getting heavy traffic per video that's going to make it easier to sell our Patreon subscriptions, and run the NFSW videos over there.
OMG! I can't wait for full length AI videos to come out, as I heard the first one could be coming out later this year, so I can't wait. I can't confirm it though, but a guy told me he heard the first video creator tool will come out this year.
Great job getting started! I agree that AI video will be a gamechanger. I wouldn't recommend deepfaking any content or faceswapping, you don't want a fun letter from that model's lawyer in the mail
You Doing Good, Appreciate It.
Good Luck With This Journey.
Thanks!
Wow now you have ME second guessing my prices LMAO. I've never been good at getting paid what I am worth. Or asking for what I thought I was worth. I was a Chef and made crap money. I was a writer and made crap money. I was a painter and made crap money. Now I thought I would try AI out and apparently I am thinking too low. My THIRD tier is as high as your first tier and I am offering as much on my third tier that you are. I guess I should re-think the prices. I don't want to seem like a cheap bih.
I think setting prices too low is a problem I see 90% of ai girls making. You're a fucking goddess, does a goddess get naked for $2?
Amazing journeys, definitely following. I used to make api scripts for several social media applications myself in 2017, exactly the same: sending people to my websites and got a steady 30% conversion rate, however these were different times, a lot has changed on all platforms but im definitely looking to get back into CPA.
good luck getting back into the game!
Update on my journey thought I'd share:
Boomers don't seem to convert well. They just want to chat on facebook/insta and when asked if they can chat on Patreon or Telegram they say no, they don't know how. Insane, cheap engagement though.
I've found a pretty solid software that allows you to create custom AI chatbots for FB messenger, telegram, sms, etc. Going to try testing with it to see if I can build a relationship on social media first and then convert.
Agreed, Gen X/millennials seem better for me.
Good luck on the automation!
