[Journey] Target 5k$ a Month, 99% Outsourcing, Adsense, PPD, Mobile Apps and more.

Hi Guys,

After beeing 7 years now in Business it's time to change the game. In the next few years I wanna get a family, children and having a good time without thinking on the business all day. Before I start here, I'm sorry for my English, I live in the Europe, so I'm not a native speaker, but I give my best that you can understand me and what I try to tell you.

I earned my money mostly from beeing a Middleman, I traded a lot, had few hundret websites in the last years and tried out many things and got some good savings. So now I try to increase my earnings without working anymore. Sounds well doesn't it? Well the Plan is that easy, Everything what I actualy doing, should be outsourced to one or two Virtual Assistants, in the first time I'll learn them step by step and teach them everything what to be done.

At the End my target is to reach 5000$ hands off.
Steps:
1. Find Qualified Employees / VA's
2. Keyword Research
3. Website Building
4. Android Application Creation
5. PPD Marketing
6. SEO for the Websites (I'll test different Packages from the Site here)
7. Android App Promoting
8. Repeat and Increase

I won't write every day, because if nothing happens, I have nothing to tell. This shouldn't end in a boring or a dead thread. But ofc I will write at least once / twice a week if not more.

I try to share as much as possible and I'm always happy to test new things out. So if you wanna help me maybe you have a nice idea for me or a review copy or whatever feel free to PM me.
(But this Shouldn't be a Advertising Thread) I'll choose products here to test and you can follow their power if there is any. If I think a service is not worth it I'll tell you the truth don't matter if I payed 100% of the price, 80% because of bulk discount or got them Free whatever. At all it will contain few reviews, but shoudn't be a review Thread at all. And ofc, I'm not affiliate with any seller here. I'm a lonely wolve and prefere to be that.

If you have answers to what I do or whatever, I'll try to help you as good as I can. But as always when it comes to IM, there are no Guarantees.

PS: I post here just the earnings I got from the activities from these Thread. Everything else woudn't make any sence.

I got 394 Applications for 3 Jobs I wanna outsource at the moment.

So I'm reading them, having already some interviews and will decide later today who I will hire.

As soon I have the right candidates I'll give them some test work and I'll see what they are able too and what they just told me they are able to.

More or less, I saved a load of money what I don't need anymore so I'm ready to go big or die poor. I still have a decent income from what I did before but as said it requires a lot of time and as you know, Time is Money

Okey guys, it hasn't passed much time yes, but I already found a VA to manage everything for me later.

I decided to go for:
~20 Authority Sites first with ~100 Articles each
~1 Android Multiplayer Game
~1 PPD Site (Will tell more about it when the time is right)
~1 Affiliate Site

I'll target with the Authority Sites Keywords from 500-10'000 Searches per Month with easy competition.
I told my VA to go to adwords, input one of the keywords I researched 1 Year ago what had over 1k Searches 1$ CPC and EMD available, so he type that keyword in adwords, get keywords suggestions, export the csv file and then he had to calculate the following: (Montly Visitors/20)*Ad Competition). I divide them through 20 because all my sites have at least 5% CTR. Then I told him to check every keyword on google US for their First Page. I told him to note down the Pagerank of every site in the top 10, the domain age, to check if the keyword is in the Title and to check if the keyword is in the URL. With this data I make more calculations. But I'll release them later when I explain more about.

*Please note, this is my way to calculate the approx Earnings and estimated investment cost. But I do not guarantee that this way is the best neither it's working for you. But for me, I'm fine with it.

You may invest on some keywords tools like long tails pro or others and give access to your VA through a VPS, on the long run you will certainly save a lot of money as your va will work faster.

Why not start one "authority site" first rather than go into 20 sites? Just curious

I have a question. Where did you get your VAs from?

How did you chose your VA?
You pay him a fix sum?

Well, I need keyword research usualy once a year or just very frequently. And I don't know, I had a keyword research tool once a year ago, but with those I tend to search for keywords all day and at the end I wasn't able to handle them because I had simply too many.

I haven't told that I'll create all at the same time, I'll start with some and do some case studies like whats better, 100 Articles at once, or once every day and such stuff. I try to learn how they get authority.

Well I ask them general questions in a interview, but also some strange questions like if you would get a million dollar what would you do or if your house is on fire and you can just save one thing, what would you choose. With these questions I try to get their background and how they really are.
I usualy pay them per hour. Since with this I can change their task every minute I would like to. So they'll always do whats Priority 1.

The first one I have from Odesk, Its someone I used already for some data entery work, but in the previous job he learned fast, was friendly, and he was able to understand my instructions quickly.

Today while my VA is sorting all the Data he got from Adwords I searched for an Cheap Android App and bought that for 13$ yes 13$ lol. So setted up a Google Developer Account for 25$ and uploaded the App with Ad mob in it. Then I wen't to fiverr and payed 15$ for 150 Downloads and 5$ for 50 5 Star Reviews. I don't exept a lot from that, I just never dealt with Apps and wanna find out what happens, I'm 100% sure this result in a loss of money in this first case, but I'm ready to take that Learning fee. So whatever. Tomorrow we'll see more about it

Okey, all Downloads got Provided, got 150 Downloads and 135 already got uninstalled. But those 15 Did a good Job and I got an Admob Click. So we have our first 0.25$ earnings Today I'll start with the first Authority Site, I'll add 10 Articles for now. Let's see how it goes.

0.38 $ today from the App, So I hired a Coder to Add Multiplayer Mode to the App and make them bit better.
The Authority Site will now get one Article per Day and we'll see how it goes.
