What do you mean with multiniche? Covering multiple niches or are you referring to some tool?

As you are starting, I have few suggestions. Don't consider RankMath 90+ score as a good quality On page SEO. There are lots of thing these types of tools miss.
Regarding keyword, I would suggest you to pick Low KD but high searched keywords which are quire easy to rank for for new websites.
Regarding content, Try to make cluster content strategy so that you get ranked in high to medium competitive niches.
Regarding backliks, Try to make some foundational backlinks after one months, and then go for niche relevant guest post. One more thing to remember here, dont just bother about high DA websites when making guest post. Instead find some healthy websites which might not have high DA but a decent amount of traffic with niche relevancy.
