Hey guys, Just a bit of background on me: I've been trying to generate an income online for a couple years (I've had plenty of false starts). Last year I found a bit of success growing Instagram accounts and was able to amass a million followers. Unfortunately my entire network was shadow banned so my business partner and I recently sold our accounts and exited the niche. I'm currently a senior in high school and only have 8 months to generate an income online before I'm out of the house. At this point, I don't have the luxury to mess around and waste time. I don't want to bore you guys with the details but simply put, my home situation isn't the best. I'm adamant that I must reach my goals in this time frame. Through past projects I have experience: Running FB ads Working with influencers Email marketing Growing a social media presence Building a shopify store The plan: My plan is to capitalize on my current skill sets by starting a drop shipping store and growing it into an actual brand through private labeling. The overall breakdown is as follows... Find a niche and potential products Build a shopify store around the niche to sell those products Build a back end to profit off leads and customers Market and sell products through FB ads, IG shout outs, and my own IG accounts I start in the niche (Focus on building pixel data) Repeat until I find a niche and set of products that gain traction. If things aren't working, assess what is happening and learn (Constant feed back loop) Double down and expand on my successes by optimizing the website, sales funnel, ad campaign, and re-targeting strategy Private label products and ship to a fulfillment center in the U.S. (Focus on building a sustainable brand) Start collaborating with manufacturers to create my own superior version of working products How I will structure this thread: Each day I will update the thread with a status of what I did, how much money I made, and how much I spent. At the end of every month I will summarize in an additional post my overall profit/loss and thoughts on how the month went. I'm an avid user of trello (to-do list software) so I'll post a link to my board so you can track what I'm working on live. Feel free to ask me questions and keep me in check if you see me lagging behind. With that being said, time to get to work!
