Hello, all guys have been here for a long time..reading but this time im writing.
My English is not perfect i know lol, i want to share with you my Journey, to keep my self accountable, and maybe motivate someone else here.
I have been constructing this idea for a very long time, now is the moment to take Action.
I remember a quote by an islamic philosopher "Knowledge without action is wastefulness and action without knowledge is foolishness."
Now let's go to the unique idea..
I live in Balkan not rich population, when people want to buy a new apartment comission hits so hard on them which is 3% for the seller and 1% for the buyer, that's a lot of money for 80% of population here, and everyone wants to avoid them but can't, and agents are too unprofessional slowathy, people get really tired and frustrated by them.
I have experienced this myself when I wanted to sell my apartment so many timewasting moves by agents, i went to that point that i had no more patience to awnser their calls to see my apartment with their clients , and that commission won't feel good at the end for me (seller and for buyers) Lol when we met a lot of times we tried to get each other's contact to eliminate the agents and all of them (buyers) was so ready, bcz remember 80-90% of people here buy with loans, 3K$ Or 1K$ is a big amount for someone paying with loan.For the Renting they get half amount of the first month which is a lot especially for students young couples etc..
People are ready and thirsty to get a solution for these problems, i will offer them:
1- Financial Saving No Comissions % (4000€+in sales) & (200$+ in renting)
2- Direct Contact of Owners
3- Clarity in their choices, looking for properties to an professional organzied Brand.
- Marketing Plan:
I will invest to potential strong influencer's of the CapitalCity.
They will go explaining something like this in selfie video ... "Today guys im gonna do a Really big FAVOR to all of you im sure you never heard before, go to the (Xxx Brand Name) to save your money for Renting or Buying properties stop losing money anymore through high commissions it's all FREE.
And BOOM the people will go to my page & platform directly, because the influencer in this case is not promoting a product or a something to force them (purchase) but a magic Solution for a unavoidable Problem that have been for a long time.
(PROBLEM = SOLUTION = FREE)
Im sure this math will make the platform & app VIRAL.

For this one I can't say to much guys because the method would be saturated ..i menaged to block the possible ways of agencies stealing my listed properties or getting their properties comoflaged (for individuals).

1- After a period of 6 months operating for free, Brand has became VIRAL and all the population heard about it. Brand gained reputation and fame by the population.Now this time brand will charge 90$ for a publication of properties not free anymore, but it's still much better then lossing 3000€ or 1000€, and most importantly this fee will not harm the Big Audience of Brand (Those who looking to Buy) but this will affect the (Sellers) only which is a Quarter or maybe less than the full audience which makes the Brand.
Goal..to GET
20 Post a day X 90$ = 1800$ Day. (Sale)
20 Post a day x 25$= 500$ Day.(Renting)
Month/ 69,000€ (Cost 2000€)
PS (In my country is a guy doing same thing with car publications (of others) for sale he charges 50$ for an instagram post he is doing 15-20 posts daily.) He is BRAND NOW. 20,000€ to 30,000€ Month.
And i think comparing the fees 50$ for cars, 90$ is extremely good for properties which are Life Investments.
2- Being the only one Giant Brand on country which offers services others never offered, with our popularity after we go VIRAL, all opportunities of emergencies cases, and BARGAINS cases, will firstly knock to the doors of our Brand, this is a big opportunity to BUY/SELL with high profit, i have already talked with some millionaires about this and they agreed to invest, dealt 35% of profit to be mine and 65% to them, all invest is theirs, until the day Brand have its own founds.
Who won't earn money through just a signature? This is all of their effort signatures only , when we buy and sell the properties the Brand do all the work in this, they just sign.
