Hello Fellas,

I got motivation from other members of BHW and starting my own journey of being fit and extrovert.

My goals will be to eat healthy and homemade on a daily basis, get 6 hours of sleep in one day and hit the gym daily and interact with other people.

Current Weight: 43 Kgs (94 Lbs)
Goal: 62 Kgs (136 Lbs)

4 AM Waking Up: Complete some work for the day and hit the gym at 8 to 9 AM.
7:50 AM Preworkout: Creatine 5mgs with 2 boiled potatoes
9:10 AM Postworkout: 1 Scoop protein with mixed oats (50 to 60 GMS)
10 AM Breakfast: 5 Boiled Eggs, 100 Gms Paneer (tofu) with 2 boiled potatoes and 3 banana shake.
1 Pm Lunch: Rice with Curry and Curd. 100 Gms
3 to 4 PM: Sleep
4 Pm Snacks: 5 Boiled Eggs, 100 Gms Paneer (tofu) with 2 boiled potatoes and 3 banana shake.
8 PM Dinner: Rice with Vegetables and curry 100 Gms
11 PM: 1 Scoop protein with mixed oats and fruits. (Before Sleeping)

Will increase the food amount over time.

I am going to follow this schedule, please give me some tips, if I am wrong at some point all help will be appreciated.

I will update the thread on one time a day, to keep me motivated.
