I will first share our situation and then share our plan. I will update this thread 3-4 times/week minimum. All questions, requests and information will be shared right here on the thread. Again, NO PMs!

I have been involved in online marketing for well over 8 years. For past two years two of my good friends who are partners and I started doing offline marketing, providing SEO and other online marketing services to local business owners. It worked out great, we went from 4 man team to 50+ employees and from 1 city to 6 cities in less than two years and obviously making a lot of money. Dont assume that it was easy, none of you have any idea what all we went through to get there not taking into account the 20+ years of combined experience my partners and I bring to the table and during that time, we were newbies struggling just like most of you here.

Long story short, we thought we were invincible and we need to grow faster. We opened offices in 4 more cities and hired 24 more employees in last 2 months. We failed to replicate our success in the new cities at the pace we were expecting. End result was that we had to shut down the new offices and get rid of the sales team. We were left with 4 long term leases and 18 employees even after letting go of sales team and few other people. My partners want the employees gone and they are trying to cut our losses short but only one out of these employees was able to find another job and the rest started begging me to put them somewhere at the main office. After a lot of debate, meetings, arguments my partners and I decided that we can cover costs for upto two months and it will be my responsibility to cover costs within two months or everyone loses their jobs. Now my partners are not too happy with me and my employees are cheering for me. Some have even shown interest to work for less than minimum wage until we can get back on our feet. Anyways, after trying a couple of basic things and asking many friends for advice. I have been granted following from my partners

New LLC with $60k in account (enough for two months)
20 desktop/laptops
7 offices and all the furnishings
17 employees : 12 content writers and 5 data entry
All the tools and everything else you can think of to make this work

In addition to all the above. I also have access to as many offshore employees as I need if I can cover their costs from our budget. We have an offshore office for our main business so I can always use those people for grunt work. I believe our costs for a qualified person is around $200-$300/month fulltime

I have 60 days to start making atleast $30k if I want to continue. If I dont reach that target, we will have to let all these people go and I will be back working at main office. In the meantime, my partners will be managing the offline business and I will be focusing on this 100%. If I am successful, I will have to return the initial investment and I get to keep all the profits no matter how big this gets. If I fail, well I really dont lose much myself so its a win-win for me but I have a lot of responsibility on my shoulders. I am under extreme pressure and borderline depressed. I thought I'd share my story here and invite others to join in with us on our journey.

Lets just hope we can make it work.:o

Today, I will be getting the new offices setup (same building as our main offices) I will be meeting a few decision makers, attorney, CPA and others and from today on I will be the attorney and I will be the accountant or whatever else role you can think of. I will have until Monday to plan everything and have everything ready for everyone. Monday we start the work and from that point on I have 60 days or maybe less because I have already spent almost $5k today on lot of important stuff.

I will be sharing the exact process and plan on how we are going to achieve the numbers. It will be through building content rich websites and monetizing them through adsense and affiliate marketing.

60% small niche websites (I dont call these micro because they all will have atleast 10 pages of content)
40% big authority websites (these will be picked from small sites, best performing ones will be converted to bigger websites)

I will share more detailed plan later on tonight but thats the gist of it. 100% whitehat, adsense and affiliate marketing through quality content. I will share all the numbers and past experiences in next post.

Lets take a look at what all I have done today so far!

Before I share my plan of action, I would love to hear what others may do in my situation. How would you make this work if you have all the resources that I do and same amount of time.

Router installation like a boss...

But anyways all the success and luck of the world for your mate !

I was kicked out of my other office :D so I had the comcast guy setup internet asap and I told him to do the wiring later, just get me online for right now. :D

Man good luck. Your not starting these websites from scratch are you? As if you are you've give yourself a month to rank them to get paid by the end of the second month. Unless you have other sources of traffic than just natural?

Anyway good luck wish you the best as you are not in my town :)

I'm aware of such problems, "just get me online everything else isn't important" I've done such constructions by myself, but it's funny :D

Man I hope you can accomplish your dreams and goals - looking forward for this thread ;)

Good luck. But remember, you walk before you run. You run before you sprint.

You cant just go from walking to sprinting. Unless your battery powered. GL.

Wow! Good luck man. Agree with above though, try to build it properly, don't give yourself unreasonable goal - even if you fall a bit short of your goal but have a good projection you'll be good.

I understand what you guys are talking about but I have years of experience. I already know what works and what doesnt and we are basing our goals on past experience.

I dont necessarily need to start making 30k starting first month. We are good to go for 2 months, actually 3 since we pay salary at the end of the month and thats the biggest expense. As long as I know we can make it work, I can move money around from my personal savings or even convince my partners to get in. 30k buys us 1 month so if we can make 30k in two months, we will have another month to make this work. I think we can go on like that. Now for the plan, here are the details.

I have personally done this before. Right now I own 120-130 adsense niche websites. I am making $3000/month on average from these websites. Plan is to replicate the same process.

1 content writer can write upto 15 500+ word articles a day under extreme pressure. Almost everyone is willing to put in more than 40 hours a week, some are even willing to work on Saturdays.

1 Data entry person can complete keyword research and website setup for upto 5 websites per day without an issue.

Based on the above numbers this is where we stand.

We will create a niche website with 7-10 500+ word articles to start with. We will use 10 150 word posts for BMR to rank the website spread out over a period of 1-2 week. Based on these numbers, one content writer should be able to complete 1 website per day. Possibly more!

With 12 content writers, we will be making 12-15 websites per day. 6 days a week! We will do nothing besides building a website and basic link building using BMR. We will let the website sit for 15 days, after that we will take the winners and expand them as much as we can. If we can get 100 pages of content in one niche, we'll do that.

We will invest more time and money in the winners by adding content and doing more link building through article marketing and private networks.

Based on my previous experience. Average website makes $10-$12/month after first 30 days. After 60 days, our average per website is $18/month. This is with no additional content and no more link building.

On average 35% of the websites make 80% of the revenue so the rest are doing less than average but almost every single website makes atleast $5/month.

Now the plan is to make 500+ websites/month. Based on our current numbers, the first month batch should be making atleast $7k-$8k within 2 months. If we can expand on winners, I am confident we can make way more but thats speculation at this point since I dont have any experience doing that. I am going to base my numbers on what I have already done so far!

With that we should have 1000+ websites after the first 60 days and they should be making $15k-$20k per month. If I can hit these numbers, I know this can work so I'll have no problem re-investing more money through personal savings or getting my partners to come in with me on this.

While we do all of this. I also plan on selling no more than 10% of our websites for cashflow. Now this part I am not too sure about, as of right now my plan is to sell a batch of 10-50 websites on flippa every week.

If you look around, people are selling shitty 1-2 page websites for $99+. Sad part is most of these guys arent making money from these websites themselves, yet they keep advertising insane amount of profits. I have not seen a single service provider setting reasonable expectations. Yea I know its very possible to make $500+/month from one of these sites but you also have to keep in mind that for each such website you are going to have 50 that are doing less than $10/month. Anyways!

If we can make $5k-$10k/month selling the websites and make money off of the rest. We will be in a great shape!

So what do you guys think?:D

Is there anyone else who feels that this kind of money in such a short time and that too only from SEO traffic is possible. I doubt that.

If i had this, i would try to build the services business itself and may be try out freelancing stuff in addition to building own sites.

Its hard, not impossible. We are going after low hanging fruit. Trying to get EMDs and targeting long tail keywords.

For those of you who have experience in micro niche websites, they will understand what I am talking about. You really dont need much offpage SEO for these websites.

Good thing is ezinearticles has been trashed after Panda update so its pretty easy to secure longtail rankings now that its pretty easy to beat article directories!

So lets get started now!

This is the goal for next 3 days.

Select and research 200 niches. Buy domains, .com .org and .net only. Ideally we would like an exact match domain for the main keyword which must be getting atleast 1000 exact match searches/month. I am not going to bother with CPC but none of the niches I select should have less than $1 CPC but I am not going to limit myself with CPC.

Monday we will start the keyword research for each domain for secondary pages. For secondary pages we require 100 searches/month minimum. Goal is to have 3000+ local exact match searches per month for all the keywords in one website. Data entry guys will do the keyword research and provide titles to writers. We will be using market samurai for keyword research.

Once a writer turns in all his work to data entry person, s/he will make a website using wordpress. I am still looking for good themes for high CTR, if anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear those.

Once the website is complete, we will submit atleast 10 BMR posts and spread them out over a period of 1-2 weeks. After which we just wait and expand the winners.

Winners mean, websites which secure good rankings on search engines and start getting traffic. Even if they are not making a lot of money, we will still consider it a winner if its getting enough traffic.

After a period of 30 days or so, we will test other methods besides adsense. CPA, clickbank and maybe even content locking. Whatever works best! we will stick with that.

Please share your thoughts, feedback and advice. I need it all!

will be following you on your journey :)

Good luck with everything. even if you dont reach your goal as fast as you anticipated. Dont give up. hopefully you come very close to that goal

Goood luck! This is a big investment for too low time, I will follow this topic! :D

Wow, if you stick this out this is going to be a killer thread.

Good luck, wish you all the best

What do you think about building lists in the various niches? You could easily get your content guys to put together an email autoresponder series for a niche?
