A Little Introduction
A popular term used in the Mafia is " making your bones ", it means to establish achievement, status or respect. So let's just say that by this journey, that starts 13 April 2018, I'm aiming to make my bones in BHW.
I'm a 22 years old guy, just graduated as a materials engineer living in Casablanca, Morocco. my dream ? well, I can't put a dollar amount to it, let's just say that I want for now that this journey succeed if it doesn't, at least to make someone learn from my mistakes and succeed.
So enough boring chat, let's get down to business.
My Goals:
Product Research :
Every product should respect these 3 conditions : VERY IMPORTANT
- It is ALREADY selling : I will know that from spying on other dropshippers, using some tricks that I'll show later on on this journey
- It targets a passionate niche (fishing, hunting ...) AND/OR Solves a PROBLEM
- The product should have a HIGH PROFIT MARGIN : No cheap stuff in Aliexpress, no rings/necklace/wallet/key-chain. only product that can get sold with a 15$+ profit margin.
Sources of ideas:
- Facebook (using the search bar! duh! to find dropshippers and jack their sh**t .. nothing personal strictly business)
- Wish.com
- Site:myshopify.com "niche" or site:myshopify.com "product" on google
Ad Text/Video :
The videos that I will use on my ads are Copied from already existing videos on facebook (the ones that I "stole" the product from) I will just download and do some LITTLE editing.
Ad text : I will not change my competitor ad text, I will ctrl+c ctrl+v the ad text WHY ? .. well, if my competitor is already selling the product and getting aloot of like and comments and shares why would I change his ad. NEVER CHANGE A WINNING TEAM
Product page:
I will build the best Product page I can.
the plan is :
- Every product will have 1 adset of a budget of 10$/day
- Test 2 Products / day
- Wait 3-4 days for the product, if I make a profit on this product I will keep it if not I will KILL THE AD and move on to another product the next day
- the first testing period will be of 11 days
Here's a little table explaining the process
So as you can see in the table,
Day 1 : i will test 2 products 2 products = 2 ad sets = 20 $ / day
Day 2 : let the ads for the 2 first products run and add another 2 products
well I hope you get the idea
That means that in day 5 for example I will be running full speed testing 8 products simultaneously
This will leave me with a budget of 560 $ in 11 days
CONCLUSION
This was an introduction to my journey, I'm taking it very seriously .. don't worry if something isn't clear I will explain every step that I will take in details at its time.
I will not update daily, I will update when I've done enough work so every update can be well written (well I will try)
Final thought, many of you will find putting 560 $ to test is a lot, Focusing on one product is a BIG MISTAKE, you'll fall in love with it and you'll try your best to make it work but in the end you'll find yourself with no or little sales.

- Build an organized process so I can easily automate it (by hiring VA, getting warehouses) <-- this is a looooong term goal

- Write my best product description, contains images, Gifs videos and a lot of information
- Implement a "Buy 2 to save 50%" because it worked for me in the past
- Import photo reviews of the product I repeat .. PHOTO REVIEWS from Aliexpress usually using loox app
- add scarcity and a countdown .. I will not make it look spammy
- Add the new option in shopify themes "dynamic checkout" so I give the option to my customers to go directly to checkout and not go to cart then checkout.
