Ok so I have made a few journey posts in the past but this time I really plan to stick with it as I know it will be successful with hard work. I have often be deterred with large amounts of writing and not really knowing exactly what I am doing.

The Plan: A few years ago I built corn hole boards by hand and sold them on eBay. This was semi-successful as I made a few hundred bucks but I never really gave it my full effort. Once summer starts I plan on focusing on manufacturing these full time. I will open an online store through shopify and create social media accounts to help with advertising. To also increase sales I with sells them through eBay, Etsy and Amazon as well.

What I am going to do now: I dont plan on just sitting around waiting for summer to come. I am going to create a blog in the same niche that I will attempt to rank. On this blog I will promote my store and gain extra income through affiliate sales. As it gets closer to summer I am going to also work on creating my store and all of the base work (Legal stuff) so I can focus on manufacturing.

Blog: Currently I am writing content and plan to have about 10 articles written for launch or about 5000-8000 words. I am also looking for an expired domain with some authority to get me on the map when I start up. I also aspire to create a PBN some day however that is a large time and money investment.

Feel free to leave any tips or suggestion to help or share similar experiences. Thanks all

I'm not too sure what the demographic that buys Cornhole boards looks like, but if yours are relatively unique or painted up special or anything like that they seem like the kind of thing that pinterest would go crazy for; could also result in some nice bidding wars for specific pieces on ebay.

    Anywho, best of luck.
