My goal for 2015 is to open an office for a true legit business on local seo. Why an office when you can get all your clients online or on phone? I think it's important to have a physical address where clients can come, having an employee that answer on phone and mail, etc...

For the moment I earn mostly on cpa incentive and some affiliate product for a correct $1300-$2000 per month. I think I need $50.000 to open my office, I don't want to rely on bank to get a loan, so I will devellop many project and start to save money on a specific account for that.

So my plan will have many steps:

Step 1: Scale my cpa earning to 3000/month

I'll create 2-3 niche site by week, promote them via facebook-youtube-seo. I'll concentrate too on ranking some of my old niche site.
I target french leads, and the best network (from my experiences) for them is this cpagrip: refferal link or non refferal link

Step 2: Create niche affiliate websites. Goal 1500/month

At least 1 new site by month, authority style with very detailled articles. Once the site start to get traffic and just need updates and seo campaigns I'll start a new one. Traffic source: seo-youtube-niche forum-social media.
The first site is ready to work with, hosting+domain+theme ready, I wait for the logo ordered on BHW.

Step 3: Start my local seo service website. Goal get 1 new client / month from march.

This will be my foundation for the offline business, I have already some work done, need to be finished on february.
Traffic source: seo, ppc, direct postal mail on business that have website but arn't ranked on any keyword, local newspaper...

For the moment I will invest most of my earning on all theses new projects, and when I'll start to make more than 3000/month I'll start to save money for the final project.

Thanks for reading, I'll try to upload my journey every time something new happen!

Thank you, hope i'll get it !

I'll update in a hour or two, when my work will be finished !

You know what? I'm used to doing the same thing, add 2-3 more projects before starting the right thing but IMO i think it's best to skip the first 2 steps because it keeps you from a great opportunity.

Also, 50k seems a very big sum for an office where most of the clients won't even come... so it seems like an excuse?! I don't know how much stability you have with CPA and niche affiliate but you might never reach the threshold to start a real business.

Just my 2 cents, I wish you all the best either way.

Hi Nino2011 ! First thanks for your valuable and objective comment!

In fact, I'll not wait to open my office to start my offline venture, my website and promotion method must be finished for the end of the month and I'll start to search clients from march. Of course some people think that I may dedicate myself to the biggest project, but I don't want to put all eggs on the same bag. The ultimate goal will be to have enough to open an office and hire people to work with me (for me).

Simple update:

As this project have some kind of deadline, I have organisated my goals to sub-goals to get things done properly.
I have taken 3 pieces of paper and write something like this:

Sheet 1: ultimate goal

-Save 50k
-Open an office
- Earn 10k/ month

Sheet 2: 3 month goals

-3k a month from cpa
-1.5k a month from affiliate
-4 seo clients ...

Sheet 3: 1 month goal

-2000 from cpa
-200 from affiliate
-Seo project finished

In the same time I have organized my week work like this:

Sheet 1: End of the week goal

-write x articles
-create x niche sites
-closed the budget of my seo business
-...

Sheet 2: Today goal (I'll write this every day for the next day)

-Write one article
-send mail to xyz
-Add category to my website
....

I really think this way I can see my little goals finished, and little by little close my weekly goal, and hopefully my monthly goal etc...
So for the first day, I have added to much things on my to do list of the day and I haven't finish everything. I'll try to adapt this for the next days.

Cheers !

Yeah, putting your eggs in one basket is a risky move, and i wouldn't recommend it either, especially when you make ~$2000 from it. You need to pay the bills and grow your bank account for the eventual rainy days.

Now here's the kicker: I am kinda in the same situation, steady revenue, highly experienced and so on... I think about offline SEO as a big opportunity but very very risky... and most important not very scaleable since you have to build it on shaky grounds.

Will see...

Yiks... these kinds of services are tough, especially this kind of service where you can find lots of deals online. Lots of overhead. Not sure... but good luck. I'd like to see how it goes.

Hey OP! So, your monthly target for CPA has been done....May I know currently how many niche websites you've done to achieve this goal? and this income is only with CPAGrip?.....Also if you don't mind, the promotion method you've done...

Thanks in advance.

Hi Share4win! Yes my monthly goal is done, and i need less than $250 to get my $3000 goal done too this month, it must be easy in 4 days.
I don't know exactly how many niche website I have but 6-7 give me the most of my earning.
Yes only with cpagrip.
I'll don't give my personnal method of course, but nothing new here some seo and social media.

I have a new lander for affiliate that is ready, I'll give my first results tomorrow!
