Hi bro..been reading this thread. I am also building my own wordpress adult site using WP-Script with Retro-tube theme I bought. My niche is voyeur / mostly Asian stuffs. My contents are downloaded / bought from other forum (China Sex Forum). These contents are good quality and I strongly believe that it's not existing on any free tube platform on the internet. I want to capitalise and monetize on my good-quality-never-seen-before contents. I am thinking either affiliate programs or subscription based membership which I intent to charge very low price per month e.g. USD 9.90 a month to attract people to sign up. What do you guys think?
Sorry I hijack this thread as I did posted on other thread on BHW but got no single reply. Please help. I put a lot of effort to build this website from scratch..

Yes, that's exactly what I'm doing in this building phase. Right now my KPI is to increase the avg. time spent of visitors. The video hosting services I mentioned have the features to embed the subtitle. And luckily the wpjav plugin has the built-in feature to upload my own subtitle files directly from WP dashboard and categorize them based on languages, so I can easily re-use the subtitle links to embed with the videos.

E.g. allow an access to some high-quality/exclusive videos only to paid members, or pay-to-watch monetization method. Some kind like Medium's paywall system. Premium contents are only available to paid members, something like that.

- Instagram Reels & Tiktok: I built a dedicated account respectively on each platform to share non-erotic scenes of the JAV videos (watermarked with my site domain). The followers are around 110-something right now yet the views are thousands. Why? I assume, most people tend to avoid following this kind of accounts using their personal accounts. Been building them for 4 days now, and around 23 videos on each platform.
- Next monetization plan: Increase the ads placements gradually to force people to choose between either keep watching with the ads or pay for a monthly premium membership with a very cheap price by removing all ads.
My subscription plan offer for starter is only $4.99 / month. My target is first 100 subscribers. Let's see how it will be going. This will be enough to cover the fees to purchase premium bandwidth (video hosting without ads) on the video hosting services.
- My Telegram channel's grown with over 550 subscribers, yet the Discord server only has 32 members.
- DMCA took down 14 of my URLs in total within these 2 months. My plan is to just change the URLs and redirect 301 to new ones.

Hey awesome thread, so glad I found this. I am also starting a porn tube and had a few questions, I am very new so this might all sound stupid, but you download videos and than post them on, for example Doodstream and than embed them to your site from there, why do this, why not just embed them directly? Also How many videos did you start posting from the beggining, I am a bit afraid of getting "shadow banned" if thats even a thing for websites (coming from social media platforms where I did all my other side hustles). And lastly as you said you had 14 urls taken down, is this the worst they can do to you, because I dont mind taking down videos, just afraid the whole site would get taken down or something worse.
