After April 18th, I plan to create a "daily" and "weekly" schedule. You know, to build a routine. What will it include? Engaging on Twitter, Product Hunt, writing articles, and running a newsletter.

(Day 16 [I repeated the same number twice]) Startups Journey
Yesterday I didn't get much done—I spent most of the time on research, looking for animations, and generally acquiring knowledge. However, I did find an interesting alternative for 3D animations (https://app.spline.design/community). Amazing.

This week will be my last five days at work, which means it will be the most challenging period - I need to write documentation, transfer project knowledge, and finish implementing a tool in the project. I assume there won't be many updates this week - I'm warning those who might think I've gotten discouraged.

(Day 17) Startups Journey
The plan for today is to migrate the monitoring infrastructure to Vercel (they will use #umami. For now, it's sufficient). This will allow me to avoid commissions from external services. I want to integrate umami with Supabase since I already use it in each of my projects. I think I'll write an article about it on my blog.

btw exciting times ahead! In 10 hours, it's the big day - launching the first startup on producthunt to gather my target audience. Just going over the texts one last time to ensure everything's perfect.

(Day 18) Startups Journey
Today marks the start of my first open-source project out of several startups. The plan for today is to promote it everywhere possible.
Yesterday, I wrote an article for my blogs, added umami to vercel to integrate it with upcoming startups.

(Day 19) Startups Journey
Yesterday was the launch of my first startup, which is free. The results were very poor, but I expected that. Besides one post on Twitter and three on Reddit, I didn't promote it anywhere else. I've noted down a few thoughts about the launch, which I intend to turn into a full blog article. The good news is that I saved over $50 by doing so.
The plan for today is to prepare two presentations for two startups, in order to talk to potential investors.

For the past 3 days, a photographer friend of mine stayed with me, who didn't know how to promote her photos. We did a lot of research, edited the pictures, printed them out, planned a promotional concept, and created the first shorts. It was cool because everything turned out well. I once had a "speedrun artist" idea in the back of my mind, which would involve creating 5 paintings, scanning them, turning them into posters, and recording hanging the posters in various parts of my country that would be related to the concept. I think I won't write about it in this thread, but rather create a separate one as a speedrun artist. What do you think? I don't take it seriously and rather see it as a hobby after hours from startups.
