As the title suggests, this is a realistic agency journey...
Yeah, you won't find this post like "Goal to $1000 a day" or "Goal of becoming a millionaire in 100 days".
As someone who has suffered from SOS (Shiny-Object-Syndrome), I know that setting money as a goal won't motivate me. In my case, I end up daydreaming instead of working...
Thankfully, I don't have that anymore. For anyone who has a problem with it, just stick with one thing and don't try to be a smart ass, thinking that you'll make more money by doing side businesses.
Just focus on one thing for 5 years, and that's it.
Of course, my goal is to make money, but I want to focus on the tasks that will actually bring in more money, rather than just dreaming about it.
Like you running a marathon, your goal is not to stop running, because that's the only way you can win. Same thing here, do something every single day, and you're going to make money after some time.
So basically, I don't care about scaling this to a zillion dollars per month, because I know that goals are only going to be words without actions.
Even many 6-9 figure owners I spoke who said that you should always forget about goals and only focus on tasks that will make you get there.
So, these are the tasks I need to do for 100 days to get new clients for my agency, and scale that.

1. To send 5-15 personalized video outreach to prospects.
2. To send 5 warm LinkedIn DMs.
3. Make 1x Linkedin Posts.
4. Focus hard on LinkedIn, be active there, connect, make comments, etc.
5. Of course, posting here to keep myself accountable.

For me, those tasks are mostly annoying to do because I only love to actually do my part of the job, but if I do them for 100 days, I will develop "money-making" habits and tackle difficult tasks anyway.
Once again, I don't care about the results. I will do the same thing repeatedly without immediate results and still achieve my goal, simply because I was patient.
Goal of this post is to keep myself accountable and to show what is a "realistic" growth mindset.
See you tomorrow, gang!
Thanks for reading and God bless you!
