[Journey] Making 12 Profitable SaaS in 12 Months.

okay, in previous weekend ( sunday ) , I have managed to automate the social media marketing including twitter, pinterest, ig, facebook and Youtube, what I have done is that when I upload a video to the youtube it automatically share with other platforms with captions and boring stuffs that I do not like to do manually:anyway:, Also automation adds description to the youtube with including the SaaS details, and this process I can rinse and repeat for all the products:D
Also I have created a blog for the geoscraper and it also link with the automation workflow:cool:

What I am doing today:
I have an idea for the april and it's more of like a need for a my friend, So even it losses the market, I do not care since I am making money out of selling to the friend, but I think that's my 5th project that I should work next weekend but I am doing few coding today to save the next weekend to complete it. Then I could go to marketing without wasting time which I do not have much:confused: So today and tomorrow, I will doing half coding and half marketing for previous projects:D

I started this back in December 2024, but I did not create a thread for it. I feel like this should be a journey thread, and I would like to gain some knowledge and experiences from you guys. I have already created 4 SaaS since December. By this December, all 12 SaaS need to be completed. Right now, I am making some money from two SaaS, while the other two are not generating any income. I am building these on my free days, which are weekends, and I am currently struggling to find good ideas:(. If you have any suggestions, please let me knowo_O. Along the journey, I will turn your pain points into solutions:p.

Current Status:
  • December: Moz API (MosFast) $$
  • January: Free Expired Domain Finder (GigFast) $$
  • February: Google Map Scraper (GeoScraper) $$
  • March: AI Consistency Character Generator (CharacterCreatorAI) $$
  • April: No idea:confused:
can i got you contact ??

Okay, this is a weekday, but I haven't given any updates on this journey. The goal was to make 12 apps for the year, but I think I'm falling behind due to recent work commitments. However, one of my SaaS products has achieved decent MRR, so I think I should focus more on that rather than creating new ones.

But here's the catch: I have an idea to build an open-source project based on the app, and it would still count as an MVP. In a nutshell, this open-source project will be completely free and is still in my sketches. I need to do some budget allocation from the app revenue rather than spending my own money on it. If the budget isn't sufficient, I'll add money out of my own pocket, but my plan is to lend it to the app (with interest) to cover costs from the revenue.

I've also created custom n8n nodes for the app, and they're still on the pending list. Hopefully, they'll be approved (fingers crossed), but it's okay if they get rejected.

So my next app will be an open-source one that anyone can contribute to and use for free, obviously. Once it's decent enough to launch, or if anything interesting happens, I'll update this journey. I just want to log everything in BHW so I can look back and see my progress through my own eyes.
