INTRO
Hey, a lot of you probably know me as the shorts guy
, but this time around our main focus will be on long-form content!
This is a journey that I wanted to undertake since I was a child. I believe that if you view the world through your younger self's eyes you will find your true passion.
GOALS
The 100k plaque, a manifestation of all your hard work, that will be the main goal of this journey.
Of course I will document how much money I make off of this channel but it is not my number 1 priority.
STRATEGY
I know that I said that we will be focusing on long-form content, but I would be stupid to not take advantage of the extensive knowledge I have on shorts.
Growth strategy #1 - Post 3 original shorts daily on my main channel. Bonus content to grow my subscribers and channel reach directly. I started doing this today and have already hit a few thousand views.
Growth strategy #2 - Create and grow multiple shorts channels around my main channels niche and spam those channels to gain subscribers, then funnel them to my main channels videos.
Growth strategy #3 - Organic reach, take advantage of the algorithm YouTube gave us to make my videos go viral. I have worked with a lot of successful channels previously and know what it takes for a video to go viral. CTR, Watch Time, Viewer Retention, Session Watch Time, I will optimize my videos to these metrics. I worked as a thumbnail designer for 2 years in the past so CTR won't be an issue

Keeping it short and sweet for this journey. I will try my best to answer all questions but no promises since these journeys can become a bit overwhelming.
