    Introduction

Hello everybody I am Arbolus and I will use this opportunity to introduce myself.

My real name is Ignacio I live in Uruguay and I am 18 years old. I finished high school last year and I am planning on spending 2013 trying my luck with Internet marketing as since I was young I saw a huge potential on the Internet and I always wanted to have a solid passive income from the web.

I was always interested on the Internet so early on my life I started learning the art of web development. I currently studied 2 years of PHP development on an academy and I am pretty confident that there is no web project I could not accomplish. Even though this is the case I do not plan work as a web developer for this journey as I see it as a hobby more than anything and I like to program for myself and my own projects. Besides there are many web developers working for pennies nowadays so I do not see it worth it.

    Objectives

    • Generate a income of $100 a day
    • Find the way to earn such money while having time to spend studying what I like such as web development
    • To be able to dedicate myself full time to my own projects and do not worry about money by the end of the journey

The catch: I thought about the $100 a day objective and I plan on taking it seriously. What I mean is that I am no talking of making $3100 a month which is $100 a day if we divide it by 31, I want to make a steady $100 a day the whole month not missing a day.
Why?: Because I feel this will put an extra pressure on me that will force me to look on the best possible ways of making my income steady and stable.

    The Plan

As the title says I am planning on investing $200 in the start-up of my project in the best possible way so that it will lead to my objective in long term.

At the moment I have already started my first project and launched it today. I am going to start up with a fiverr reselling website. I will do this because I believe it is really noob friendly and it has many possibilities of scaling up. It will also help me train on the area of SEO and Internet marketing as I will have to find the best way to promote it.

For those who are likely to ask my niche is the obvious one: SEO and Internet marketing services

    What I've Done So Far

So far I have created the website and added products to it. I added fiverr products as well as services found here at BHW. For its launch I bought 4 blog reviews to start up with my tier 1 links. They will all have unique reviews. I also bough two articles for my website as I don't like to write, one announcing its launch and the other talking on how to use our services.

    Money:
    • Fiverr Keyword research: $5
    • Articles: $10
    • Domain name: $9
    • Reviews: $30

    Total Spent: $54
    Remaining Budget: $146
    Profit: -$54

I am looking for suggestions on how to promote my website in the best possible way to get conversions. I plan doing a nice splash page and buy the 10k views sold here in BHW. I also found a website that offers 1000 targeted ad clicks for $50 which is very cheap and I am really thinking on purchasing it. I am also thinking about depositing $15 on my adwords account to receive the $50 bonus.

I am looking for advice so if you have any please share it

    • Thanks Thanks x 2

Buying ad clicks straight off the bat? Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but that just sounds like a great way to get banned from your ad service AND be out the $50 investment.

Also, I'm unclear if you're just planning on outsourcing everything? At the rate you're going, is that $200 initial investment going to carry you very far? Not trying to be negative, just trying to get you to flesh out your plan a little bit. If your goal is to make money with a small initial investment, you're going to have to do a bunch of legwork yourself.

I believe you got it wrong. I am going to advertise my Fiverr reselling service with that ad in other words I will be just receiving 1000 views, I do not know why would I get banned.

Regarding the outsourcing thing, a $200 budget is enough to start making some conversions and that is all I need to keep going.

    What I did yesterdey:

I bought 1000 clicks to my link from an add network for $49, deposited $15 in adwords so that I could get a $50 bonus and bought a bing account with $50 in it.

My ad in the 1000 clicks page already got approved and I set 250 clicks to it. So far I got 150 and no conversions. I am waiting for my adsense campaign to be approved and to receive my bing account.

I am thinking on doing a nice landing page as it may increase conversions. I am already building it.

    Money:

    • Ad Network : $49
    • Adsense: $15
    • Bing: $5

    Total Costs: $124
    Profit: -$124
    Budget: $76

If anyone has any kind of suggestion please give it to me I am desperate for some conversions. I am not sure where to put my money now

I hate to say this, but in the SEO market, your $200 may not get you any conversions...

There is a lot of competition for SEO, and people usually look around for the best deal, or for the best reviews before they buy...

What I think you should have done, is spend about $100 on getting a micro authority site set up, $100 on SEO, then spend the income you got from that to add more pages and keywords to your site.

I don't mind. There are plenty of good opportunities around.

    Quick update:
Recieved 350 clicks and cero conversions. That service is no good, at least at the moment I will save the 650 remaining clicks for my landing page.

I am also taking a shot on fiverr reselling journey as well. Not so great so far, finding targeted traffic is really hard unless you're willing to spend. Have you tried Bing Ads? spent a $50 coupon on bing, got around 70 clicks, no conversions as well.

wondering if investing in fiverr gigs that promotes on massive audience on facebook is worth it or in quality youtube views instead. or maybe those $39 SEO?

Good luck man, I hope we can earn some and more so, LEARN some.

Can you please pm me a link on how to get that $50 ad credit?

It looks like those ad clicks you're getting aren't targeted at all. Either that, or your site isn't set up well to convert visitors. You mentioned you paid $5 on fiverr for keyword research. Obviously you can't tell us what the keywords were that you got from that, but did you do any sort of confirmation on your end that these were good keywords to go after? Especially since now you've got about 1/3 of your budget left and are looking into some adwords stuff, you need to stretch your dollar as far as it can go.

What about sites like Craiglist or ebay, where you can offer services? You can resell fiver giggs there. Anyways good luck

Thanks for all the suggestions. I really forgot to check the keywords I bought myself I will do now.

Today I will try to sell the services in Craiglist and ebay to see if I have any luck and finish my splash page.

I have not updated this for a while so here is my update:

I finished a nice landing page for my website with hope it will increase conversions. I sent 400 clicks to it through the cheap ad network I bought clicks and got no conversions, I guess that was just a waste of $50 . Hopefully I got a $50 bing ads account on my hands and I already set up a nice ad campaing I am waiting it to start. I am hoping to make my first conversions there to get some of my money back and keep my motivated. If everything goes right I could keep purchasing bing ads to make some money.

You should stop wasting your time posting useless posts. I am looking for advice and your are giving me none.

The niche I am in is a very competitive niche and any decent seller would have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars improving their rankings and SEO. So I am pretty hopeless if I am going for organic traffic, I rather make some quick conversions to keep me up and running.

Just think a bit before you post.
