Hello Guys, I have been lurking on this forum for a long time now and wanted to share my success which I am currently having all thanks to things I have learned on here. Background: I started my "Game Hack" website back in August 2016 with pretty low expectations. To start I went after three niches and wrote 2,000 word articles on each along with a video tutorial on my website. These niches are pretty high competition, think along the lines of "PSN Code Generator." I did not want to waste countless hours doing niche research so I just went after the biggest niches that I knew were profitable. August - October 2016 Mainly used youtube to drive traffic. I used aged youtube accounts and the set+forget method and it worked out pretty well. It took 1-2 months for my youtube videos to rank, but once they have been on the first page ever since. I did not really boost videos, only tried ytmonster on a few and I am not sure if it made a difference. Also did VERY MINIMAL SEO, just found a few blogs related to my niche, and made meaningful comments on them while trying to sneak a backlink to my site. Site started making about $250/month here November - December 2016 Did not do much due to exams but upload a few youtube videos. Naturally my site starting ranking in google and videos in youtube. Started making 1k/month here. January 2017 Somehow, the SEO I had done in the past just started to kick in and my site is ranking on page one for some fairly competitive terms. I want to start focusing more on my SEO efforts and making new niches to expand my income. Current Earnings: Earnings to date: Plan to reach $300/day 1. Find some low competition niches 2. Write/Buy 2000-2500 word articles for each 3. Create a video with tutorial on how to complete offer 4. Publish articles on website 5. Post videos to youtube 6. Buy some SEO packages to rank 7. Rinse/repeat Tips to those just starting out I know a lot of people on this forum are just starting out and are struggling to make money online, so here are some tips that I wish someone would have told me when I started. 1. Don't overthink everything - I used to read on these forums for hours everyday about how to find low competition niches, do seo, rank on youtube. But, The only time I started having success was when I said "fuck it" and went after the most competitive niches I know and learned from there. 2. TAKE ACTION - Most important, you will learn along the way don't spend too much time reading but spend time doing. 3. Don't be afraid of competition - If there is competition, there is money to be made 4. BE PATIENT!!! - Probably the most important one, it takes MONTHS to rank a website and you need to take it slow. Blasting your site with links because it isnt ranking in one month will only harm you.
