Yes, it's a very low competition market because you can do it anywhere, for anyone.
I'm surprised it's not inflated with people, or to my knowledge atleast.
    Good luck to you too!

dude this method works I'm using it one of my offline businesses here are some suggestions:

-Try to send more than 300 mail a day "Saying that you can send them a template of the mobile version of their site)
-Send the same email to everyone with few templates. (you can do this via Gmail or via mailjet.com they give you free 200 emails a day that you can also track)
-As somebody answer and show his in then you can make for him another email with the template of his site.

Like this you won't wast long time sending template with every mail, u'll reach x300 more businesses/Day and u'll be sure getting at least 1 lead/Day if everything is done in a professional way.

Question, how would you send 300 mails a day?
I have trouble sending one! are you using a certain software, but maybe the reason is because my e-mails are very, very elaborate.

Maybe re-read his reply. I thought he answered it well. give a few examples of random templates and let them inquire further to see about your services. I would add that you should give them a phone number or get theirs to set up a meeting.

    Best of Luck to you!!!

Would be very interested in knowing what kind of mobile site your customers are getting... Do you provide them with a custom rolled template based on a mobile Framework such as Jquery mobile? Do you make their sites responsive with media queries and then serving a .css file approprite to the width of browser? Do you use a Services such as mobify to create mobile websites? Do you offer sophisticated Services such as a User Agent in front of the webserver whos getting information on the devices and then redirects the visitor to the fitting subdomain? Do you sell them a complete redisgn of their website using a responsive theme or template?

As for mailing - you should have a look at emailboilerplate (free) - really cool when you want to ensure that all the mails you send actually will look good in any / most mailclients like Outlook, Thunderbird, Yahoo Mail, GMail or Hotmail (it can also improve your inboxing in certain cases) a must in my opinion for clean formatting... Email Boilerplate includes varios fixes wich have been identified by industry leaders like Mail Chimp or Campaign Monitor.

Raven13's tip with Mailjet is pure gold - have a close look at it again (if you aren't using it yet)!

    Cheers
