[JOURNEY] Changing my life in 6 months becoming an Entrepreneur

Hello everyone I hope you are all well.

I realized that I needed some kind of accountability to help me accomplish my goals so I decided to start this journey.

I am a 24 years old guy from a beautiful country in EU who has spent the last 5 years switching from thing to thing.You can name a method and i have probably spent weeks researching or trying that.
This led me right now to not really have a specific skill,but i have a good understanding of how a business could potentially run and i can see "the bigger picture", linking different methods

i am consistent and disciplined in many areas in my life(with my morning and night routines,my workouts,diet,reading ecc...) but i suffer from the "shiny object syndrome".
For real.In 24 hours i can have 67 ideas of business that excites me,starting a few and then see the excitement fades.
Right now i am working part time in a luxury clothing shop (probably the most famous brand you can think of) this gives me some money and some time to work toward my goals

The Goal

I want in 6 months to earn at least 800€ net profit monthly solely from my online business
I want to have a clear vision about where i am going
I want to gift my family a small vacation
If everything works out i will start my "secret" project,something more personal,something that can help the young people like me to really improve their life (we will talk about it later)

How?
This a great question.As i said i have tried a lot of stuff,i now need to focus on something and stick.Some things i have a bit of experirence are:

-Youtube faceless channels:
i started a channel,recorded a voiceover,paid someone to create the videos and after 7 videos i decided to buy a monetized one and do the same thingsfrom the start,focusing in a specific niche


These are the stats of the channel that i started personally,after only 6 videos.Instead,the monetized one i bought has the same number of videos but only 50 views TOTAL.This is probably because instead of my own voice i used a AI generated one that reads the script (boring) I did this all youtube things for about 2-3 months
Problem about this method is that money upfront are needed(as i pay someone to create the actual video) and it takes a lot of time before to see some cash.but i quite like it


Buying and resell/flipping stuff :
Since i was about 14 years old i used to buy and resell things:Videogames,sneakers from aliexpress,game cards.And i still do it.Sometimes i also go in some stores or some thrift stores,see how much they sell on amazon or ebay and resell them.I also use marketplaces like craiglist to find deals to resell.I also sold few Playstation 5(i know now you hate me) but hey,money is money,and i love the feeling,the hunt to find something for low and resell.
This brings some chas here and there but is not very consistent,this is the main problem.
You will probably see me do it often times in this thread,as is something that i quit like and i know what to look for

Ecommerce/Dropshipping :
I thought "well,i like to buy and resell,so let's do it online!
I tried several times.Gods knows how many stores i started and closed after a few weeks.The process usually looks something like this:
"Wow this face cleaners i found on aliexpress sells like crazy and it has 5 stars!let's create a shipify stores!"
After create the stores and found some influencers:
"What the f**k i don t care about face cleaners i don t even know the market and women stuff,look these backpacks i found on aliexpress,they look so cool!"
But then i see the similar one on amazon for half the price and get excited thinking about the influencer amrketing i could do for some 8€ sneaers i found

And so on.I really like to create and plan the brand but then i lost interest as usual

Marketing Agency :
The money i spend on courses about it makes me sick. started several ones in different niches,only once found a client,for only 2 months,i was delegating the actual work (Facebook Ads) to a guy i know.I think is a great business model but i don t reall enjoy it.Boring as hell and also i like to deal with people usually,but man,most business owners thinks you are just another employee and you need to do everything they say because they pay you.

In the End:
I am doing this for accountabilty,you will read about my journey,from choosing what to focus on,learning,what i will do daily,my growth in many areas of my life,and the end.
I will update at least 1 a week

I'm currently more into automating social media and running about 50 accounts on 5 different social media sites.
It's definitely worth the hassle.

For now i will take a few days to do some research and decide what business to start (ecommerce,youtube,dropservices ecc....)

Hello guys first update of this journey
I have decided that i will keep doing what i have been doing for a long time,but this time focusing for real.I will keep reselling stuff,and doing some online arbitrage (Look on youtube for "flipping" and "arbitrage".Since i was a child i used to do it with with pokemon/yugioh cards,videogames,sneakers,now i have more knowledge and more sources where i can learn from.

But obviously this is not the only thing that i will do.I have decided that i will create digital products(ebook) and sell them
I will choose a niche i know and i will pay people to write the content for me.I will then translate to my language,add affiliate links related to that niche(products or services) and i will market the ebook,seling it for something between 7 and 12 €
This is the big idea obviously is not that simple

i will now choose a niche related to my future "secret" project (is not that secret,is just that first i want to see if i am really able to make money online,then i will think abou bigger stuff).
It will be an ebook about personal development,i don't want to be specific

Things to do :

• Read an ebook i found in this niche that i will take as inspiration
• Translate
• Sell some stuff i had for too long.I have some sneakers,some pokemon cards,some limited edition stuff that i need to sell,even if my profit won t be as good as i thought,i dont care,i need cash now
• Spend every day at least 25 minutes looking for deals and stuff to resell online

Dude, I see you have a go attitude and potential, but be careful, I see red flags in your post.

From an outside perspective, I see this and I see BIG Shiny object syndrome, you said in your first post you have to get rid of it to move in the right direction and it seems now you have again "67 ideas".

Be careful, stick to one thing for the moment, wish you good luck, put that shiny object syndrome away my friend

I haven t updated the thread as i was on holiday and i had some work to do .I make up my mind and i am focusing on a few things now

Reselling
iwill keep reselling stuff ( i mainly resell electronics,videogames,some times sneakers).I do it personally in some store but 80% of my sales are thanks to specifi group where drops and investments are posted ( i won't go too deep on this topic as it would be risky)

Youtube+My Long term project
Do you rememer i talked you about a "secret project" i wanted to follow?basically something long termwhic i am more passionate aboutI decided to create a brand about this,youtube+2 instagram pages.
What is it?
Basically i want to create a community of ambitious young guys like me.People interested in topics like:Fitness,Biohacking,selfgrowth,spirituality,and many other that i will discover with time

The long term goal for this is create a sort of paid monthly group where me and experts in these topics share their knowledge,a group that can really improve people and their life.Also i will earn through Ebooks-affiliate marketing-and my youtube channel
This is what i am focusing to,the youtube channel
I will make explainatory videos on it

Never had any particular success with youtube but i will earn

What i have done
-Sold one item (i can tell what this is,a Tesla limited edition Decanter) for 210€ (profit only 25€)+some other stuff (60€ profit more in a week or so)
-Spent 50€ to buy some limited edition comics to resell
-Took an inspirational video and add subtitle in my language in the video,posted it and received exactly 0 views
-Paid Jarvee and a Vps,set up most of the stuff in order to have 2 IG pages that repost contents and a twitter account that tweets.Also my Ig account view 70 stories per day,in order to grow the followings

(I won t talk about the resell side of things too in specific,don t ask me about that )


What i am going to do in the next 8 days:

-Follow some courses about an interesting topic: how to be a good speaker and storyteller,useful for my youtube(for the voice overs) and for everyday life
-Create 2 explanatory videos for my channel,as they will be the main contents.
-Have a great work week at my job
-Keep investing in items to resell online,maybe also in some sourcing software
-Read "How to fail in almost everything and still win big" by Scott Adams
-Buy a present for my mother,my girlfriend and give some money to my younger brothers

Hello guys,update time
I wasn t able to update sooner as a close person had some health problemall good now!)

So the goal is always the same

Become indipendent

How ?

• Earning money from my youtube channel (animation video)
• Creating a community around my passion on Instagram and obviously youtube
• Reselling products online

So what i have done

• Made 3 scripts and 3 voiceovers for my youtube channels
• finished the first video on video scribe (it came up way longer than it should)
• Posted some reused content on my youtube channel (motivational stuff/speech)
• Created another Instagram account(total of 2) for my youtube brand always
• Scheduled contents for both Instagram accounts (reposting, thanks jarvee) for at least 2 weeks
• Found a very cheap guy on fiverr who can write script
• Reached the target at my job as sales assistant so i will get a bonus this month(not a lot but it s something)

So what i am exactly doing ?

I am creating a brand around what i love.Personal growth,biohacking,fitness,some spirituality here and there, how to be the best version f our self. The final gol is to create a paid community where information about these topics are shared thanks to expert in these fields (maybe using Patreon)
For now i am focusing on creating a strong brand and a youtube channel ( i want to earn good money with it too)
i am posting contents on Instagram and i am creating animation videos about these topics to post on youtube,doing the voiceover myself

Also i keep reselling stuff online or flipping items as it s called online,so that i can earn some more money everymonth

this is basically what i am doing

What i need to do in order to achieve all of this ?

• Post 2 animation videos per week on youtube
• keep posting contents on Instagram accounts and really create a community to promoto my channel/future paid group
• Keep investing money on flipping stuff

What are the main obstacles that i need to tackle ?

1. My inability to stick with one thing/business for long period of time
2. Too slow on creating video on video scribe if i want to post 2 per week
3. Not really an expert about everything SEO on youtube
4. My knowledge in this topics i am passionate about which i will talk about
5. Not enough money to invest in flipping stuff

What i am doing to solve these obstacles ?

1. i am passionate about all this stuff and it concern different things so i don t get bored (Animation,smm,voiceover,research on topics i like,flipping stuff)
2. i made my first video,i am sure that with time i will get quicker.Also i need more pictures for Videoscribe,they are not a lot
3. I am reading Bhw to learn about it
4. i am passionate about these stuff and everyday i read about it
5. I have been working at these new job and money are not bad,so now i can invest more

What i am going to do in the next 8 days ?

1. Create the other 2 animation videos for which i already made the voice overs
2. Creating scrips and voiceover for other 2 new videos
3. Pay my taxes
4. Pay 2 months of gym
5. invest and buy at least 2 items to flip
6. Better organizing my workflow (scheduling posts for both youtube and Ig,scripts and voiceover done quicker)

hello guys
Still building my brand about personal development on different social media (Ig-youtube and now tiktok)
I am using jarvee to repost contents from other pages and do some story views in order to grow my 2 instagram pages( in the next months i will probably create more pages if everything works fine)

what i have done this week

1. Created 5 scripts (2 of them delegated to a script writer on fiverr)+3 voiceover from them
2. Created 2 complete animation video
3. Pubblished 2 videos already
4. Found a way to download contents for tiktok and ig reels
5. Bought a whiteboard where i will write my goals and to dos

Problem is my videos are getting really few views (like 4-5).I also promote them on my instagram accounts (where i get about 200-300 views per story).Probably it just a matter of time,so i am not really concerned about it after only 4 videos.
At least the workflow is better- once i have the script and the voiceover a 3-4 minutes video take me about 45-60 minutes to animate

Found some ig pages to take inspiration from ( hubermanlab,certifiedhealthnut,theconsciouspinel)

What i am doing in the next 8 days

1. Create other 2 scripts+3 voiceover+2 animated videos
2. Schedule 10 days of contents for Ig and tiktok,2 posts a day ig and 1 tiktok
3. Follow courses about copywriting and speaking

Small update
i have pubblished 6 videos since i started,they all got 4-5 views even if i promote them on my instagram accounts.I have changed the thumbnails and added some tags,changed some descriptions too,hoping to have improved the SEO.
I have made 2 scripts+paid for other 2 from fiverr,tomorrow i will record voice over and the day after i will create at least 1 animated video.
As times goes on i realize how important copywriting is,i will follow a course, and work on more long contents on instagram and maybe twitter

Tried to like some comments with my instagram accounts using jarvee but they got suspended(i wasn t using any proxies though) so for now i will just keep them watching 150-200 stories per day both,at least it s safe.Maybe next month i will buy proxies and do some likes

I am not really happy with the views i got after 6 videos,but i am pretty sure that the next 6 videos will give me a little bit of traction

Now i will cut some moments from my long youtube videos an post them on Ig/tiktok,at least i use the content i created properly

After 6 videos i got 38 views.
I make this videos from scratch:script.voiceover,animation with videoscribe,so this is pretty demotivating
This is a channel i bought already monetized,old subs and viewers are from thailand i think,i am worried this is the problem why my videos organic traffic is basically 0
I changed thumbnails for all the vdeos and added proper tags and better video description,let s see how the next 3 videos perform (they are already scheduled).I have started the channel only 12 days ago so i am not worried at all,i know youtube is a number and patience game
