[Journey] Building a YouTube EMPIRE

Play it slow and steady. Anyone should rather be an ace of a few than a jack of many. As long as you're growing at least ONE in a quality regard, be grateful for that and let it flourish. It won't be long until you either 1. Double-down on making a lot of money on it or 2. Make a decent amount, and can finally use income from that source to fund a second or even third channel so you can build the dream empire.

Interesting! I have no idea how any of that would work. I'm led to believe video production is almost entirely manual lol. Either way, props to your commitment. Stay strong

UPDATE 5?

Channel is going well, I've been consistent by doing weekly uploads. My current problem is not trying to turn views into subscribers. I think the reason why the conversion is so low is because I haven't been adding a personality to my channel, instead my videos have been mainly focused around tutorials and tips. This week I'm going to try and make a new type of video where I'll be "Trying to learn game development in 48hrs". I have a hunch that it will do really well but who knows. I've also learnt that I need to spend more time editing videos. One of my best preforming videos came out this week and it was only 4min long but the retention rate was really really high.

I'm also going to start attaching stats so you guys can see progress better. Again, thanks for all the support, I have definitely been enjoying reading your comments.

UPDATE 6

sorry for the lack of updates, views are slightly lower this week because I missed a weekly upload due to being lazy. Still working on making a personal brand for the channel and trying to find ways to monetize. I've thought about publishing longer videos but im not sure tbh. I've got a discord server for the channel which has been growing nicely. Im looking forward to the coming days as I think this channel still has the potential to blow up.

In the mean time im going to try and start a gaming channel, I know they dont have high cpm but they are relatively easy to make content for. I've got a irl job now so im also thinking of outsourcing some of the work but idk if thats a good idea as I need to save for uni next year.

Nothing much this week, channel has been growing nicely. I am still yet to make any other channels, I need to stop being lazy lol. I got a job at a local fast food joint so im hoping to invest some of that money into this side hustle. At the rate Im going I should reach monetization in a couple of months.... I hope.
