I like the idea. Not sure it would translate the medical terminology correctly but worth a try. Thanks for the idea!
Big Ron. I took time to read this thread all through from page 1. I am really motivated by your journey. I have a 10 months old site in the baby niche with 26articles is averaging $30 per month. So I intend scaling up through P24 courses, I hope it works for me. I'll employ most of your techniques and social media activities.
Then I also have an educational blog targeted at South Africans averaging 20,000 page views, I have applied to monumetric since May 25th and I'm yet to get any response my on boarding stats shows 33%.
I want to know, is it that monumetric doesn't accept South African contents? Or I should be more patient because it's taking longer than expected I think.
Or if there's any link where I can get more information.
Thank you for the update, you may have seen on income School latest video they just keep pushing and pushing for people to create their own info products or courses or e-commerce shops or contact the manufacturer directly to ask them for a better deal and higher commissions, and they keep pushing for people to get away from Amazon. How are you going in the aspect? Are you already creating your courses or ebooks to try and better monetize your traffic? Here's some June numbers. Nothing too impressive but I also put very little effort into it for June. Too much other stuff going on at the moment. Still, traffic continues to improve regardless.

Note, even with 35 items ordered I still only made $40.84. After Amazon cut their affiliate payouts, revenue generated dropped nearly 50%.

I still HIGHLY recommend Monumetric and welcome you to contact me for a link to join. Even though they are 2-3 months behind, they work very hard to get you in sooner than that. I was in their network in as little as 3 weeks from application even though there was a waiting list. They move that fast. Plus they pay better, IMHO, than Ezoic and most def more than Adsense.
and what I REALLY appreciate about Monumetric, is that their data matches Google Analytics. Have you ever had more pageviews on your Analytics but not showing up on your Advertiser console? Yeah, especially with Adsense and Ezoic. Check out the Analytics:

Pageviews between Monumetric and Google Analytics were EXACT.
So, you can see I only made around $140 in June between Monumetrics and Amazon Affiliates sales. But I also only ran one contest in June and it was to increase YouTube Channel subscribers
For an example of how I ran the contest, see this post. Although I have explained contests in this BHW journey prior as well.
I'll be enjoying the bump in traffic today from posting on social media that I have "announced the winner" on a post. So everyone will have to go to my blog to see who won.
Honestly, on days where I can sit down and put an hour or so into social media posts, I can easily get my pageviews up to several thousand views for that day. Say, 10,000-20,000 if I post a few strategic Facebook Group posts. Like:
Anyway, I have lots on my plate. Just wanted to leave a little update. Here's the latest stats on word count and then I'm offline.
- Reminders of my study guides, study materials, images, etc
- Reminders of my quizzes using Quize (which I highly recommend) One quiz user can generate thousands of ad views
- Reminders of answer posts to the questions people are asking on the FB group (the same questions get asked over and over)

Thanks brother! Yeah, I definitely would take Ezoic over ADsense. Anybody, really, over Adsense. But I still like Monumetric over Ezoic. If you are in P24, they have some kind of agreement with Ezoic to let members in sooner than the required metric. If you are already using adsense, it will not get slower than that on Ezoic. For me, It even worked just bit faster than on adsense once I got to Ezoic. Plus I got an increase in revenue more than 5x.
Just wanted to mention this because "speed problem" that I was reading in every review was making me not Join earlier. Also, they accepted me with 9500 views. And a friend just recently got in with 7000.
Just want to Thank Big Ron for getting me into Blogging This is the only thread I am coming back to BHW to check regularly.
How many post do you have on this blog when you applied for adsense?Tip #487
I may have gone backward in numbers. LOL. I haven't written a Tip in a bit.
But I digress, here's one that you all probably have thought about but I just got around to doing it today.
My Keto niche site had a FAQ page that was blank. I'm not in any rankings yet for that niche so I'm not worried about dead pages just yet (although I try not to have any in case the Google spider comes around.)
I realized today that I have around 40 articles posted and most are what you might consider Response Posts.
So I just added the titles to the FAQ page and linked them to my posts. Technically they are FAQs, I mean, that's how I found the keywords.
So, if you are looking for one more way to leverage what you have already done:
- Create a FAQ page for your niche
- List all of your posts by title
- Link each post title to the actual post on your blog
Great adviceAlso, a little word of warning for Noobs out there starting their blogging journey.
At first, you have a whole bunch of ideas and can't decide what to focus on.
If you are like me, and many others, you run out and buy a handful of domain names.
Then you need hosting packages for them. I mean, you can't just have them sitting around with no host...right?!
So you buy one host package, maybe BlueHost (I recommend). Then you buy your second one.
Then you notice that there is a Hosting Plan that allows you to host unlimited domain names.
Like the GrowBig Plan at SiteGround, which I fell for thinking I would be saving money in the long run (again, I recommend BlueHost).
Here's where I got blind-sided (made a mistake): when the GrowBig Plan annual hosting fee came due, it was $249.
I figured that I didn't want to add any more domains for a while, I have plenty to keep me busy...
Plus, I didn't exactly have $250 just lying around for something I didn't consider important at the moment.
Well, when I didn't renew the GrowBig Plan, it knocked all the domains offline that were placed under that host plan.
Luckily all of my main domains are still at BlueHost so I didn't lose any traction on my good sites.
But there was still some work done that would be lost in rankings if I left SiteGround offline so I had to renew.
So my advice is this:
Stick to ONE or TWO domains at first. Pour all of your time into those. Don't worry about buying other domains and hosting them. If you want to buy the domains and park them, that's fine.
But don't dig a hole in hosting fees that are going to bury you when the next annual payment rolls around.
I don't think Adsense has a minimum. I used to put Adsense on a soon as possible. Now, knowing that Adsense pays next to nothing, I don't bother until I have 30+ articles. Even then, like my Keto site, it doesn't even make $1 per day.How many post do you have on this blog when you applied for adsense?
I just added it to my sig @fillionaire . Thanks for the kind words.BigRon - thanks again for putting together this journey - extremely inspirational and motivational!!!
I need to move my hosting away from hostgator and have settled on BlueHost (in a large part due to your journey)
If you are signed up as a BlueHost affiliate will you please PM me your link. If not already an affiliate, if you want to sign up and then pm me a link that would be cool. I am not in a rush but I do need to make the change.
