Latest podcast episode @Big Ron
So I installed a hub spot in the bottom right corner of my websites. It’s a free app that serves as a customer service conversation bubble. It actually works very well especially if you can keep an eye on your emails. Whenever someone has a question they can post it on the bubble. Then Hub spot will email you an alert.
I’m now getting 3 to 4 questions per day from niche site number one from random visitors. I don’t mind answering questionsBecause for one thing that keeps them on my page longer. That Hass to look good on Google analytics. But for two I would hope that I could get future engagement from people that I take time to answer their questions.
Let me know if anybody else tries this out?

Earnings are increasing but not enough to excite me. And I have not gotten any further with the quizzes because I’ve been focusing on pumping out content. Plus I have some other projects going on on the side now.
@Big Ron hey bro! Goodmorning. Awesome progress so far. Hows the traffic looking so far for the month of jan? And how was the revenue from ezoic?
@Big Ron ,
I pushed out some content in Jan and have published one article this month.
Here is the overall stats :
I am up over 100K words overall but not at your level. My articles all tend to be a bit longer than yours though. I prefer to at least hit 2K words per post but I find I am easily going over that. Still my UV's and PV's are increasing each month steadily as long as I keep some content going out. I am happy where it is considering the amount of hours I have put in are not huge.
Ezoic is hanging in there. I'm backing off the time spent on social traffic to focus on more content.
do you have a link to all the podcast episodes?
Site 1 (radiology) still growing
Added Users for Authors and wrote Bios . Added Categories and Tags for better browsing ability from visitors.
You are doing really great Ron. I'll bet that when the site is all said and done in a few years you'll have an authority site on your hands.
I sure hope so. I've put a ton of hours into it.
Can I get a critique on this post please? I'm conducting an experiment and have high hopes for it to rank quickly.
Too many Amazon ads?
Too short in length?
Not enough substance to prevent bounce?
Clarity of content?
Quality of writing?
What would you do to help it rank better?
Not enough images?
I just noticed that I went heavier on the ads/visuals in the first half and none at the end.
Title etc should be "Can I..." (or you) not "Can we...". You can use "we" when talking about your family in the article but nobody searches for "can we...". People search for "can I drink milk on keto" or "can you...". Same with the first sentence. It should be "People think they..." referring back to people. Or "People think you...", meaning the reader. When I'm reading I think, who is "we"? It's not the people and it's not me so it refers to someone who hasn't been introduced. You shouldn't use the pronoun "we" until you have introduced them. Like: My family loves keto... or My department is on a keto challenge... then when you say "we", the reader knows who you are talking about.
If you are talking about "we" meaning everyone, including the reader, then you shouldn't switch to "you" as you do later in the article.
When you switch between "we" and "you", as you do, then it is clear the reader (you) is not included in the "we" but "we" is never identified except in the author bio as your family. Maybe it's just my own bias but I thought it read a bit awkward.
Actually, I think you should drop "we" altogether and stick with "I" and use "my wife and I" or "my family" when necessary. You jump between "I" and "we" and often "we" seems to mean your whole family and sometimes it means you and your spouse but not your kids.... Sorry all that got kinda long.
The layout, images and ads all look great. I'm reading on my phone. Text never got too dense.
first 5 seasons are here
This page on Google Analytics tells me that I have one organic search result. What do I click on in GA to find out which page that Google search lead to?
You need to select the segment as Organic Traffic by selecting the Three Dash on the right of date at top.
After that go to Behaviour section by clicking the Three Dash on the left Top on Organge Bar and select Landing Pages.
So the organic search event landed on /?page_num=2 ?
I'll try out the hubspot as well
I'm still getting questions daily from Hubspot's app. I'm going to start hotlinking people to different URLs to manually increase page views.
What do you use hubspot for? That aspect of this journey seems to have passed me by.
I read your article that you put up for critique earlier and I like the tone and style of it. It has those personal references that show you understand what you are talking about and that you practice what you preach. I need to make sure I'm doing that in all my articles going forward. Also, you strip out paragraph density really well and keep to one or two lines for readability. That's another good lesson to bear in mind (I'm speaking to myself when I say that).
Separate names with a comma.
