I have to agree here! If they can pull $100K per one website and another $10-100k of other sites why in the world they would sell their secrets in some videos and 60% of these videos are posted free on you tube? This is very sketchy at its best. They may be hiring some people to even post around forums to show that they have started doing same journey and blah blah .. so passers bye can somehow don’t feel the sales pitch in different formats but somehow fitch $400-500 for their silly course!
There nowhere in their videos have they showed us how did they actually make this much money, the $100k crap per year. Even if you look at their “claimed” amazing websites, you don’t even see the ads much! How’s in the world these guys are making this much money if they actually do make it? We need to see their tax return or may be the IRS can chase them down to the claimed money they made if any.
I feel that if their course provided anything, it actually providing some good business for the content writers! Imagine you are going to pay $$$$ for some content and sleep on it for a year or two and end up making $30 like @bigron hmmmm

I think you might be a bit off beam there AAW. I'm pretty sure they make money from their sites, albeit it has been exposed that they don't get all their links organically.
I do agree with their central thesis of concentrating on high-quality content and thereby gaining links organically from that high-quality content. I don't want that basic premis to get lost in the discussion.

And I made more than $30. It was $32.50.

    Kidding!

They have a good model. That's why their P24 is successful. They aren't the only ones in the game either.

It's a blogging gold rush out there.

And like Paul pointed out, the people making the most money aren't the people who find the gold...

It's the people who recognize the perfect opportunity to sell shovels.

I am pretty sure that Big Ron has made a lot more than $30 already. He also doesn't just follow their advice but it was s starting point.

Paying $500 for their advice is crazy. its all pretty basic stuff but they have a method which works slowly. Normally though people will get lazy and distracted by other things and this is why they are not making $1K a month. Its all about effort from the individual as anyone who is committed will easily make money in the niche website business.

If you boil it down to what makes money online it is one thing : Traffic. Its the same for any business. If a mall doesn't have foot traffic it closes.
To get traffic on a web site you need to either be good at marketing (paying for ads, links, social media, etc) or have a great product (high quality content). If you do both then that is great. IncomeSchool /project 24 is about the second method of having a great product (content) and letting the market find you. Its slow though but it does work. It does have its own unique risks though.

They even teach this. They said that the only way you can really elevate your earnings is with info products. You have to sell the courses and guides and gear to make the big bucks. They use the shovel example all the time.

And by the way, I'm not critical of their shift towards Youtube either. I would like to see their content for that but have not. I'm hoping someone will make it available some time soon.

I think that since their last video they revealed their channel 'Backfire', they will start to have videos on YouTube and how to grow a channel. I'm guessing 2020 will be a hybrid of both Blogging and YouTube oriented instruction.

Niche site idea up for grabs. My plate is full as far as starting new sites go so here's one I'm passing on:

    Niche: Skiplagged
    Keywords:
Skiplagged = 100K-1M/mo, Low competition (according to GKP)
    Skip Lag = 10k - 100k/mo, Low

    Golden Keyword Ratio
    199,000 searches on Google
    36,700 intitle
    36700/199000 = 0.184 GKR
    Note: under .25 is awesome

same topic but less traffic...but also VERY low competition

    Niche: Hidden City Ticketing
    Keywords:
Hidden City ticketing = 1K-10K/mo (Google Keyword Planner)
    Hidden City Flights = 1K-10K/mo

    GKR
    2,310,000 in searches
    6200 intitle
    231000/6200 = 0.002 GKR (Wow!)

Found this topic, which I had never heard of, skimming through Reddit just now. Just a reminder to always be looking for untapped potential.

.com TLDs are taken for both but that never stopped us...

Skip lagged is the largest travel website for getting flights with hidden city tickets. That keyword shows as a 55-65 depending on the service I use. Plus it's a brand name so it would be hard to rank for. The other smaller ones might not be too bad. Plus travel has a lot of affiliates with 365 day cookies. So it has some potential. Just probably not on the big keyword.

I think Hidden City Ticketing has more potential but they both fit GKR. I'm not sure what you mean by 55-65 for keywords:

Very nice post Ron. I think I've learned my lesson that I have hitherto under-utilized Reddit. It's where everything is discussed these days it seems and a rich source for ideas.

Google keyword planner tells you the difficulty to rank your ads. Not for ranking pages.

The difficulty I'm talking about is the difficulty to rank an article for that term for organic seo.

The tools are showing around 60 on a scale of 0-100.

I use GKP to see the search volumes of my kw. As for difficulty in ranking the page, I haven't found a tool that I trust. Kinda feel like that answer is forever hidden in the secret Google algorithm.

And again, this is why we need someone from here to get a job at Google to work on the algorithm and tell us the secrets.

because its all AI and made up of a lot of parts not even the guys at google know. They just test out small tweaks and see what happens.

Can someone add in a code to the AI so that it always ranks 1-3 for any page that has it and then give only me the code. That would be nice. Lol.

You should build a website with sports betting techniques and strategies, your year-end results prove you’re knowledgeable and good at it. I’d definitely be interested in knowing more.

I'm really interested in doing this. I've had no success with fiver and freelancer. Most writing platforms don't want writers from my country - Nigeria, even though we're native English speaking and I have a masters degree as well.

I would like to offer the same service possibly cheaper to start.

Is this something you are already doing and just want to blog about? Or is it something you are just looking to start?
PS: I am aware you already offer writing services.

Any tips on how I can get in the door on those maybe sidestepping those platforms?

Sportsbetting is a person vs person activity. The more information I give out on what works the less chance of it working in the future as more money will use the techniques and i will have to change what I am doing more frequently.

I have thought about doing it as a side business before but when I looked at it I would look at teaching only a few small people through coaching. My services wouldn't be cheap either (20K per client). I also realise this would take a lot of my time and I already don't have enough of that.
