Congrats buddy. Similar path here, I started 2 years ago. Find what works for you and then double down on that method.

I'm curious what you're offering between packages 1 2 & 3.

I offer different packages but they're way different to yours, mine are $97 , $747 and $1247

Congratulations! What do you offer your customers that justifies for them to pay 299$ a month after the first month is over?

Hi and Congratulations on your succeed :))

1) what is the difference between your serving plan? I mean for example what do you serve extra for your client in the supreme plan

"Standard: $99/mo Plus: $199/m Supreme: $299/mo"

2) Most of the guys here use Jarvee for automating. Do you use proxies on Instadub automation? If it is yes which proxies do you use?

3) If you don't mind Can you share your website name here or with DM to me? I made an e-commerce WordPress site before and I wonder some kind of your serving website design.

Keep grinding and congrats on the success.:))

1.) I say the following except in super fancy business terminology: (1) Standard: I will like photos of potential customers, I will engage with the community, I will grow your account and increase your exposure, I will provide monthly statistics report detailing progress (2) Plus: Everything in standard except I will also host an influencer media event where you will get professional photos from food bloggers, I'll collect these photos, I'll post these photos for you on your behalf (3) everything in standard and plus except I'll also take my own professional photos, post photos every 2-3 days, get more yelp reviews

2.) So far I only have 7 clients. I used to use proxymillion which i found from BHW but I did NOT like their proxies.. They had a lot of limits and posting images made the image post sideways. That being said I am actively searching for proxies.... so if you have any recommendations please by all means feel free to drop it in a response. It is super hard to get reliable ones and it will be a substantial roadblock for scaling

3.) I am afraid of sharing my website because I recently got hacked and lost pretty much 12 days of working on a new layout due to a SQL injection. If you want an idea It's super simple.. white + black using elementor and stripe payment gateway. I even have an About Us page which includes my actual picture, in addition to some of my teammates (VAs).

Good job. Keep closing on a local level and once you're done with local restaurants and businesses, try scaling on an online level.

That's where the HUGE money is. But it is a lot more competitive and a lot harder to close deals. Without face-to-face contact.

Hopefully, you have a nice set of recommendations and testimonials of your service by then and that should make things a little easier. And a lot more experience of course.

Thanks! I have to say the recommendations and testimonials from other businesses which they can EASILY look up on Yelp/ Instagram really adds to my selling power. For the people reading this that are just starting off, honestly getting one client should be enough for the first 3-6 months. You need to impress this client so that they can speak on your behalf when you're hunting for the next few clients - if you don't you will likely fall short of your goals. A lot of people here would think this isn't worth the time an effort and give up (which is fine) but if you want to succeed you need a portfolio of people who can back your services and pricing given such a tough industry ( restaurants and low margins).

I wanted to start this kind of business but im afraid to lose their accounts (getting them banned) because I might log to many accounts at one time.

Using proxy for each account will solve this? can I use a proxy in someone others account? (because their IP is already linked to that account).

Although i have 7 clients I only run 5 at any time. I am actively searching for reputable proxy services but it seems to be hard to narrow it down to one that can provide the max limits a residential proxy provides (these are expensive but I may have no choice soon).

I strategically start the bot early enough in the morning in order to reach all the limits by the end of the day. I stagger out the times to avoid more than 5 accounts on one IP at a time.

Another potential technique would be make a quick powerpoint presentation and create a video going over the powerpoint. Purchase email lists of local restaurants off fiverr and send them a cold email with a link to your video. This might be good for people who do not want to cold call or go door to door.

These are some great points.. So I definitely want to create a template for a proposal or a video - my only problem with this is that each client wants different things sometimes and it may not be necessary. I am thinking about putting one on my website that just does a general overlay of everything I do, and everything I have done for previous clients.

As for the email lists, I was thinking of actually getting a VA to help me get these from Yelp. How good was the quality of the list you got from Fiverr?

Thanks for these points, I'm happy to hear someone else actually put it to words.

What happens if you get their account banned?
I have not gotten any accounts banned yet. I use REALLY long delays (60-180 seconds) and pretty reasonable and human like action numbers.. The point of botting is to go unnoticed.. Some people tend to max out everything and get banned instantly.

Thank you so much for sharing this. It is really motivational.
Questions:

How did you distribute your offer packs? What do you offer on each pack?
Do you also create content for them? Did they ask you to handle Facebook and other social platforms?

Thanks,

Thanks! I'm glad you found it useful and I hope you're also hustling along your journey! I wanted to write this to people who may be on verge of giving up like I was.

1.) I cold called / cold emailed
2.) (1) Standard: I will like photos of potential customers, I will engage with the community, I will grow your account and increase your exposure, I will provide monthly statistics report detailing progress (2) Plus: Everything in standard except I will also host an influencer media event where you will get professional photos from food bloggers, I'll collect these photos, I'll post these photos for you on your behalf (3) everything in standard and plus except I'll also take my own professional photos, post photos every 2-3 days, get more yelp reviews
3.) In my 299.99 package i create content for them
4.) In some cases yes but i told them that i specialize in Instagram and Yelp and that these platforms are far better for their business anyways.

Congratulations on your perseverance and success.

I used to work in the restaurant space and there are lots of upsells you can do once you have demonstrated your worth, one of my most lucrative was running discount voucher promotions for them.

Just curious:

How many followers they approx. gain each month for each package?

And do you target local? Or nation, or even world-wide?

Interesting answer!
Aren't you afraid of IG ban waves? What type of proxies do you use for your customers? IPV4, IPV6, 4G?

This post encouraged me to start something similar in my country!!
Thanks and I wish you the best :)

Props on the hustle my man. Most people would have given up or continued to sit on their ass and do nothing. You should try targeting either restaurant owners and/or marketing managers for restaurants with Facebook ads. Make a personal feeling video, buy FB views then regather them with a pitch video.

I get 100-150 followers per month.

@Krypticlol Take a look at how to use the multi-quote feature so you don't have to post so many times: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/how-to-post-a-quote.1042199/

Thanks! I was starting to get tired haha, appreciate the tip!

Nice idea! So after establishing trust you just ran promotions for them on Instagram? What exactly is it that you did?

Facebook ads strategy to come in place soon.. I want to re-invest this 1.8k into either sales or ads - just need to learn the ropes myself as i don't think quality results come from Fiverr unless they're very basic tasks.

Great job. With your current positivity and determination = the sky is the limit for you :):)

I don't understand why he will be banned? he is only running his clients accounts which are real accounts that have an actual person phone verification or that what I understood. I'm currently training myself on one account related to an industry I work in,I use jarvee but what I don''t like about jarvee is customer service (for me at least) is not good, they never answered my tickets. And since I have mac I had to install jarvee on Microsoft remote desktop and it does not switch on unless Iog in to the sever in which I frankly don't have the time to keep logging in and out! I thought it was automatically do its job without me having to keep the server on, not liking this and I'm growing that account very slow because of this issue, I need to find a better solution.

No you are thinking too small, your not in the instagram business your in the restaurant promotion business. Managing a restaurants instagram account was just your foot in the door.

Great journey @Krypticlol very inspirational to see that you are doing so well. Seems like a service that is valuable to your clients as well. Good luck on reaching your next goal.

Please remember to use the multi-quote feature though, when replying to more than one post consecutively in this thread, as pointed out above by @Don't Panic - otherwise it makes the thread much harder to follow.

Congratulations! My only concern is that an account that has been around for a while may get banned. What are the settings you use in Instadub to avoid that?
