oh dude, at my level money can give DMCA agents hella headaches. My script generates a new URL every 24 hours, so by time they issued a DMCA theres a new URL..I might cut it down to change the URL every 6 hours lol...applies to all my videos.
I doubt you're giving them any headache, those agents use scrapers... they manually check your site only the first time, once they verified your site has copyrighted contents, your site is put in a sort of blacklist and every url scraped from your site on Google that is ranking for their list of keywords (like model name keywords, etc) is automatically sent to dmca without passing through an agent for manual verification.
It is interesting your script, could you tell us more please? Isn't bad for google having too many 301 redirects? Is all your site being indexed with new url every 24 hours for real?
How do you change your url, do you use some random url like youtube urls?

They generate urls after a DMCA? How much could a script like that cost?

it doesn't generate after DMCA, it's just an automatic thing I got custom made for KVS. It adds a random generated code at the end of each URL every 24 hours (or whichever time i like). I paid them $50

Isn’t this affecting the indexing of pages or something? Thanks for answering.

Yes. I would also like to know the impact of this script on ranking of a video and if I want to have this script made for me, how can I get this done? Thanks!

When your URL keeps on changing your out of indexing already and you will see lot of 404 errors which will create bad impact on your SEO. And if that script is just changing your token or flags with urls that wont help you cause your primary url is still accessible.

Nginx Reverse Config if your Advance user for custom rules on referrers , crawlers , bots ETC.,
OR
Your solution is get offshore or bulletproof server ignore your DMCA complaints.

Cheers :)

DMCA ignored is what I'm already on, new URLs get generated every 24 hours..because my site is aged they pretty much get indexed within hours of regeneration..it';s cat and mouse with the DMCA agents. They report, I regenerate...every old URL is redirected to the new..but I only have this function on direct video URLs..not search terms, tags, categories etc.

I don't have any rights of these videos. They belong to a big company. How do I counter notice? Would it be of any use?
So you use bunny CDN with content that isn’t yours? I thought they were rather strict on that.

Yep, never had any issue with them. I even heard people using Bunny for movies.

WhiteHave you had a DMCA claim yet tho?
Yes, many claims almost all of the videos get claimed. After the last DMCA thing revenue dropped from 15$ a day to 3$ a day. I lost motivation and didn't work as much. I have been spending less than 1 hour a day on the site. Now I will work more. Daily Revenue at 6$ a day right now. It's a numbers game at this point. I just need to upload a lot more videos and do some more Reddit promotion to achieve 30$ a day. After that, I might sell the website, since it requires a lot of work on my end. Also it is not stable, videos keep getting claimed.

Another important update: After having a lot of DMCA claims, google decided they don't want my website home page to be listed on google. So when I search for my domain name on google only categories page Twitter and Reddit accounts pop up. Not my regular home page. I have read somewhere that this could happen if you have copyrighted content on your homepage. I don't think I can fight this because all the content on my website is copyrighted anyways.

I have an idea for a Tube website and honestly, I haven't found any site like that. Oh yeah, only one, but the site uses AI so I would use a different approach. I would upload videos manually and allow other users to upload on that site. Also, I wouldn't use WordPress or something like that but would build that site using React since it's gonna be faster and would give users a better UX on the site. Also, when you upload a video on the site it will automatically add the site's watermark and when you download it will still have a watermark so I guess it's gonna be a good way for promo.

The questions I have when it comes to that are:

  1. Which hosting to use?
  2. Ad Network?
  3. If I use amateur videos am I going to be hit with DMCA or smh like that?
This seems like a good idea to try, it's gonna take some time to build that but... always can sell it xD

Good luck OP!

1- For the best results go for offshore hosting. Don't go for shared hosting it really slows down your website. I am using Hostgator shared hosting it is cheap af, so I would recommend it if you are looking for a cheap solution.
2- I am working with PopCash and Exoclick rn. PopCash for popunders Exo for banners. I am doing really bad myself when it comes to ad networks. Couldn't find a good one that pays well. Just stay away from Adsterra, I was sending them over 200K impressions a day and they are paying 0$. Also Crakrevenue is good for CPA ads.
3- No I did not get any copyright claims for amateur videos yet.

You need to consider why would people upload on your site tho. They could just upload to pornhub instead. Amateur niche is not really worth it imo. Unless you upload 1080p all good quality amateur videos, which are hard to find somewhere else. But even then you would be competing with pornhub amateur.

Thank you for the information you shared here. Well, in order to make people upload to my site I would need to offer them meaning it needs to have traffic so they can promote their OF or smh like that on the site. It's a really specific niche and type of video.

I will think about that more since it's gonna be more like a test side project.
