I have decided to start with 4 websites, 2 general and 2 tech niche.

My idea is give at least 6 months to each site with a focus on articles (handwritten). No A.I or rephrasing and SEO.

P.S. I am working with fresh domains not expired domains.

Website Types:

2 domains are general and will cover at least 5 to 10 broader niches (health, business, tech, finance etc.)

2 Domains are tech niche based and will cover only tech categories.

Step 1:

Finalizing the domain name, designing the theme, time duration 1 month.

Step 2:

Keyword/topic research and start writing the articles for them during the first month. Once the websites are ready I will start uploading the articles and wait for the sandbox period to see the indexing ratio and organic ranking at which position my articles are standing at SERP.

Step 3:

Content ideology

1- 80 percent articles would be informative (helps with earning through AdSense)

2- 20 percent articles will be based on product reviews for the affiliate marketing.

Uploads at least 20 to 30 articles per month for each website. Total 80 to 120 articles a month.

Step 4:

SEO part, once the sand box period is over I will focus on the ranking articles and also work on other pages too, SEO methodology would be taking backlinks from niche edits and guest posts only. I will do outreach for opportunities and competitors backlinks strategy but go for white hat links only to avoid from search engine penalties or hits.

Step 5:

Earning, I will go for AdSense approval after getting some traffic that is around 100 to 500 searches per month. For affiliates I will go for high commission platform not restricted to amazon only.

Step 6:

Try to achieve the goal in 6 months but we will see when we reach the goal.

I will update the progress timely over here.

Update #1:

One domain has already been bought and I am searching for the theme for designing/customizing.

That's a shit ton of work at once. It is probably a good idea to focus on a couple sites at most. Running 4 sites at once is super hard, and general niche sites are very hard to rank because of lack of topical relevancy. Stick to 1 site = 1 niche for quicker results, look at the serps only general niche sites are larger corporate ones e.g. NY Times.

Good luck, what is your background? Previous Experience ?

What is your monthly budget for 4 websites? Articles ? Linkbuilding niche edits and guest posts ?

Are you going to write the articles yourself or you're going to outsource. 80 articles per month is a lot if you're going to write content yourself.

Following this journey as I am about to start one soon on my blog. I think you should focus on one site at a time but that's just my opinion, all the best.

Yeah, that's why i have started 2 niche based and 2 general (main focus would be long tail keywords with high search volume to get the traffic) initially i am targeting low competitive websites to outrank them, will go for medium at second and then high competitive ones. But i will think about your advise too, to look at one first.

Good luck, what is your background? Previous Experience ?

Thanks, Mate. Well i am doing SEO since last 7 years. Budget would be more or less $1000 per month (Article + Web development). For the SEO i will be looking into it, for niche edits and guest post first i will outreach and dig out free resources in initial phase once websites will starts to grow in sense of traffic will go for paid good opportunities and will set the budget accordingly.

Nope, will hire a dedicated resource for it so it will saves the time and i will focus on the strategy and SEO.

Thanks for appreciating me, i will decide it later to focus on one and let the other three outsource, if not manage by myself.

Few of my observations -

1) Four sites are very difficult to manage simultaneously. Focus on 1 or 2 sites in the beginning.

2) You said your budget is $1000. Is it for all 4 sites together or one site per month? Considering the target revenue is this budget sufficient? Give it a thought.

3) You said the domains are fresh. Fresh domains take more than 6 months and tons of efforts to be able to generate $1k revenue.

3) Six months time for AdSense to reach $1000 is too unrealistic. Even with affiliate income combined, $1000 per month looks very challenging. But I will wish you a good luck.

Can I know what is the update Of you blog after Google core update.
Best of luck

Mate, my blogs are not live yet so nothing happened with my blogs. Well i am observing there are lot of websites who are surviving after core updates and the best part is they are using copy paste articles and core update doesn't hit them. Here is the SS of the metrics as per ahrefs.

1. Thanks, first I will try to manage all by myself if something lacks then I will go for 1 or 2 and let the other 2 manage by other, hopefully will outsource or hire a dedicated resource for it.

2. Yes, the budget will be distribute as follows ($600 for the 120 articles, already hired the writer and assigned the tasks to him) and other $400 for the designer to develop/optimize the themes.

3. Yeah, I have an idea that this is very hard to achieve but I have set that goal for me. I will give damn hard effort to achieve that goal, good luck to me ;)

4. I will go for other income options if affiliate and AdSense doesn't work for me will share the details in updates about it.

Update #2

I am going for custom design for 2 general sites and 2 tech blogs based on WordPress. Themes are selected and send to the developer 2 for WordPress and 2 will be based on HTML.

80 articles per month is a lot of work. You should train writers to assist you.

Following along, as i have started this month 2 blogs with a similar budget and time frame, both aged with backlinks and some authority, to get me going already

Opinion: you are overthinking this, with custom theme design/customizing

Just start publishing already, have you heard of a Minimum viable product? not everything you will post will rank, you have to post a lot and see what google chooses to rank and then optimize the ones ranking.

There are many creative ways to make money from Amazon affiliate programs on your blog rather than writing reviews of different products. Product reviews is one of the ways of attracting Google future algorithm update. It is good to know about this right from the onset. My two cents

I have decided to go custom for general site as i will use them for blogging and earning resource would be adsense only from it no affiliate and decided to go for wordpress for tech blogs for affiliate and adsense earn will go for ppc if needed for the affiliate websites only.

Thanks mate, i am researching on it will take guide from you too once my sites will go live. Bookmarking your profile as PM is not open for me yet ;)

Update #3

Finalize 150 keywords for 3 Sites. Sent to the writer for content writing.

P.S Keywords are low competitive having high search volume.

Do you write something by your self too? I saw you sent some KW to a writer, cheap or expensive ?

Well i am taking bulk articles from him so it will cost me $5 per article 800 - 1200 words per article, :D no i can't write my self if i do then 4 sites can't be manage by myself. So need to shift some work load wisely.

best of luck I will follow

Thanks :)
