This is a nice journey. Some of the comments went a bit retard, but not full retard, so its cool.
Yeah see OP, contact forms are good, but there is no staying power. Basically, the messages you send dont offer any potential traffic/customers in perpetuity. See if you can do some blog/website/forum comments, so your links live for a long time.
But also, sending people to Fiverr is a problem, especially if youre selling something for which fiverr might ban you at some point. Youre better off sending people to your own website. But it may not convert as well as fiverr.
Anyway, also you may want to consider a link shortener or your own domain to use as the link you will send people, and then have that link reditect to your fiverr gig. This is insurance. If fiverr ever bans your gig, you can redirect the link to the new url, and no lose any potential traffic from the work youve already put in.

I have not my own gig on Fiverr and I sending to other people gigs.
I saw Smart Marketing youtube channel and like you said he advises to send people to my website too, so I did what he said at video, using bit.ly shortener in messages.

Yeah but i dont think you can change the bitly redirection anymore at a later date, unless you pay the greedy toads.
Which url shortener allow to change url?

I don't know. I don't dick around with link shorteners much nowadays.
Unfortunately, any service you may find can change their policy at some point (like bitly did) and then you won't be able to change the URL there either. Or the service just may shut down/cease to exist.
Best to buy your own domain name and use that. Get something short and sweet, doesn't really matter the URL, just keep it short and sweet.

100 forms is practically nothing. My friend used to do mailings in contact forms and got his first client for his services (Website creation) after 1 million messages!

you can make money from it but you need auto mate software also need bulk website contact list you can check on google by type gsa website contact 46 million you will get best one which convert well
