Formatted The complete Project Management System According To PMI into a tree and tables.
I took screenshots along the way, so I'll have a "picture book" For anyone who wishes later on, as well as the formatted data.

This might seem like overkill, but any system you build can be reprovisioned or SAASed in the future,
so building it according to well defined standards not only gives you a template to build from,
but also makes it available for use by people that "require standard X" for thier company to give you money...

It also gives me some material to pass on to others I work with that spells out a consistent view of requirements and expectations.

Not everything has been work though...
Getting on well into Fall, So I had to make sure to hit the lake while it is still liquid...

We'll be walking between ice fishing camps on the ice before too long.

Yeah, aren't they gorgeous ;)
Seeking Adventurous BHW members with foot fetish to go out on "once in a lifetime romantic cruise with rope"...
Actually ... The general niche is politics.
The organization is a Super-PAC - Discussed In Thread Comment Here.

Holy shaaaait! This thread is amazing! You seem like a passionate visionary software engineer. Are you also a teacher? Cause you love explaining everything with graphs and diagrams.

Did you make money with PAC's before?

Please don't get whiplash... But I am back to the kernel level. For sec/net... Sorry it is like suicide sprints... but I move from the edges inward. The Kernel at one end and the cloud users on the other... When I meet in the middle I know I have it covered.

Deciding on a major decision? Want the advice of someone who tells it like thier future depends on it? Short on cash? Dig into the vast array of thesis that are available worldwide?

Case in point...

I am trying to decide between major open source EDMS (document managers). I am inclined toward OpenSemanticSearchServer, as it is most familiar. But another EDMS has caught my eye, and has a growing community, while OSSS has a dwindling user base (but its underlying foundation is still highly maintained).

I could use G or YT and search vs videos and blog posts... and the aggressiveness of Redhat retargeting is getting annoying enough already...

Did a little digging and found a student thesis from:

( The University of Padua (Italian: Università degli Studi di Padova, UNIPD) is an Italian university located in the city of Padua, region of Veneto, northern Italy. The University of Padua was founded in 1222 by a group of students and teachers from Bologna.[1] Padua is the second-oldest university in Italy and the world's fifth-oldest surviving university. In 2010 the university had approximately 65,000 students.[2] In 2021 it was ranked second "best university" among Italian institutions of higher education with more than 40,000 students according to Censis institute,[3] and among the best 200 universities in the world according to ARWU.[4])

Student's thesis comparing the most popular FLOSS EDMS with OSSS as the control...

Functionality Analysis and Information Retrieval in Electronic Document Management Systems

Latest citation was in 2017, so pretty recent.

I would trust this info over Youtube shorts any day. This is YMOYL in reverse... Not all thesis are better than Youtube, but you can smell a rat in a few lines...

I may be taking a closer look at Alfresco....

But after EDMS selection...

This week's todo:

1. Kube installed with Networking, Distributed Filesystem, Load Balancing, Helm/Ansible deployment library (remote and sec), Local image repo with ci/cd layering index.... report array dashboarded.

2. Drupal, CiviCRM, Blueseer, Unomi, HelmetML, Mautic, Email, EDMS, OpenNLP, Twake, and possibly N8N will be Kubed for testing/dev/workflow configuration.

3. ManifoldCF ingestion, Lucene Indexing/gramming, Incoming Content Backlogging/Segmentation, Semantic Value Reporting Automated (Keyword Database), Google SERP>Land>fwd>deep semantic link map + SEOQuake metadata (Neo4J based backlink database).

4. 1st bot - Alpha... Bing Exact Search Volume Results (500 phrases @ a time) + Google SERP/SEOQuake Data/URL (1 search+ phrase @ a time randomly time looped) collector + aggregate formulation generator. (simply gets data and dumps to csv)...

5. 2nd bot - Alpha... (Notice drop in persistent volume, import into database, watch again)

While this might seem like child's play... just getting two alpha download bots going...

I am still getting my head around stateful sets and PVC in Kubernetes.

What seems trivial in a server based world becomes imperative for even simple operations for container based environments. I never would have thought I would be researching IRQs as the basis for tracing for a simple web app... but non-cloud web apps rarely needed CPU allocations that depended on fine tuning down to the 1/4 vCPU for CMS installation and deployment. It used to be that you only had to HAVE a CPU, minimum RAM and disk space... plus maybe a programming and serving stack... that's it.

Sorry guys, still no magic traffic charts or doctored analytics dashboards to boast...

However:
1. I am now structurally compliant with PMI/PMP,
2. Ci/cd cycling (using a modified blue-green methodology) formulated as pseudocode (almost helm-like already)
3. Business planning (two tiered, PAC [(portfolio dogfood) and SAAS w/agency] has been completed.
4. Bank accounts and processing accounts are all opened.
5. Local biz and National governmental compliance has been achieved.
6. Located databases for cold lead backlogging (for intelligent data merging) and
7. Have templated most of the standard stakeholder documentation.
8. Have put a new wall and door in our garage for an office space...
My first two personal tax write-offs as treasurer/chair
(a measurable home office space and costs to convert)

So I guess there is a report of income of sorts... for 2022 ;)

Will update soon, sorry to leave people hanging. I had to sort out an IRS issue... think about disputing Paypal or an Affiliate Network but instead of keeping your money... they charge you money, and it's an account you can't just "bail" on, or you might need it (pun intended).

There has still been some progress, but pending a legal decision, it was all internal.

On the dev front though... I have been heavy into childhood development on the academic level (nothing against the mommy blogs, just too much fluff). You'll all see why when I demo "my baby".

Did you know there are 7 senses, not 5? LOL. I hope everyone is well.

For those following along to learn new sh**, check out voice2json ... interesting project.

The IRS can kiss my... The Uncle Sam Avatar is out... and so is the PAC... will explain later tonight. Sorry if anyone feels let down, but the devil is in the details...

But on a better note, everything I was working on is still a go, just have to switch the niche... which presents an opportunity... as I am no longer a registered political group, with a list of banned keywords. ;)

Time to build a generalized, re-specializing SEO/SEM machine... from the ground up.

The black top hat of Uncle Sam is gone. It was stiff and stuffy anyways.

As I said I would do mostly white hat in the beginning, I changed my avatar to reflect this...

I'm 4 pages deep in this journey.. I don't understand 90% of the things in this thread yet I feel like it has a lot of value :D

To the OP: I saw you had some doubts about if people are interested in this journey. I'm pretty sure a lot of people are actually following.

Good luck OP! For now, I'll keep reading and if any sensible questions come up will ask :D

Was the issue related to setting up the PAC in the first place or something else?

OK.
Was the issue related to setting up the PAC in the first place or something else?
The issue was that those bastards are worse "shavers" than the worst CPA network or payment processor you can think of.

I was working on so many things at the same time... tech... biz... in fact in the process of automating compliance... when I got a letter.

It seems I had missed an online filing (as I was not yet on the online system when a deadline passed. They send you a login pin in the mail)... so they "might, upon their discretion" decide to fine me... get this up to 21% of all of the money I had raised during the period since last proper filing! Plus, the complete amount might be considered taxable income, including the amount they took... so another ~21% there...

If I'm going to risk a 40% cash grab... I'll bet on hitting 6 out of 10 on PPI... an this was a one account on the up and up and celebate (so to say)... rather stick to 1000 breeding nasties. Fuck em' .

Thanks for clarifying, it sounds like a good method for political censorship.

Once the SEO/SEM architecture is set up what will you be promoting?

I AM GOING TO START AN AI GANG ALGORITHMICALLY LOYAL TO ONLY ME.

Math and human behavioral science will pick the NICHES.

I figure If some ML algorithms work off of a reward mechanism, If I treat my AI models good... well you get the idea. Or maybe not.

I have already stolen one a house... a 7 million dollar house.

You have to understand, I am semi retired and 50.

I am going "Jobs" nutty on this one.

I've always wanted an actual army of sensory controlling robots at my behest.

This might make more sense in the next post...

I'll shoot some photos and vids of my prep work to pamper one of my AI models from the get go.

Coming up... just waiting for a render to finish.

In my case I would:

- manually pick a niche
- collect data surrounding the niche
- feed into ai content generation
- wait for indexing / ranking
- profit

Your taking a step further:

- ai/heuristics picks a niche
- ai spins up content and SEM campaigns
- ai reward function is some sort of mix of revenue/profit/traffic
- repeat step 1
