I recently got a new client, backend is joomla, they made me an admin account. Everything was great for 2-3 days then on the day i changed my password it blocked my ip from logging in for suspicious activity, or even viewing the site. (it even blocked me on another site they gave me to work on too)

i think this is automatic and searched everywhere for this in the joomla backend, plugins, extensions, if anyone knows where to look let me know i don't have access to ftp bc if i did id look at the htacess right away.

they company is in israel and while will sort it out, it taking too long, and i can't switch my ip, but when I'm on a different one it works and i can get in and admin rights.

    much appreciated fellow blackhats, thanks

Search for RSFirewall! component or Admin Tools. If you can't find them try to search for plugin with security in the name. The other idea is to login to Joomla backend from proxy :). If you can't find this components probably they have Ip blocker on they server.
