Joined because I am seeking answers and advice. Recently victim of a personal Cyber attack

basically my x rooted and installed some form of every hack I have ever known or heard of on my kids tablet and had my daughter activate it at a family bday party (unknowingly to my 4yr old...) I figured it out and stopped it decently fast but now I can't figure out what exactly I can do to trace and catch Who did this for #1 and well fix my 4yr olds tablet #2 seek revenge comes in a close #3.. any info would be greatly appreciated as I do have a jail broke iPhone but I am new to this. I have done 4 days worth of research and have not made progress probably just made it worse.. Samsung galaxy tab s3 kids

I'm having a really hard time understanding your question but;
If it's an Android phone it's pretty easy to fix (Probably).
- Try connecting it to your pc with a USB cable > Does it connect?
- Try to enter softmode on your tablet and find out what (app?) is causing the hack/virus. (http://www.talkandroid.com/guides/b...or-tablet-into-safe-mode-for-troubleshooting/)
- Try to do a full factory reset via your PC (http://smallbusiness.chron.com/factory-resetting-android-phone-computer-71407.html)

(If you can't enter softmode, try the following thing I found on a forum: ''Ive put my tab3 into safe mode by powering off .... then boot up.....as soon as the samsung logo apears u press volume down and home button together for a few seconds .....it then had a safe mode logo bottom left of the tablet''.

EDIT: I just see now that you don't have a problem, you only want to pay-back the hacker.
Well, Google it, just know that a lot of things you want to do to him are probably illegal
